We hired this bakery to create a Nightmare Before Christmas themed birthday cake for our daughters 4th birthday. We couldnt be more delighted with how the cake turned out or our choice to hire Oh, What a Cake! When we hired the bakery we simply told them we wanted an original Nightmare Before Christmas themed cake and showed them some still images from the movie and the movie poster. Otherwise, we let the baker and her staff go wild with their creativity and artistry. The baker and the staff were very kind, courteous, and accommodating. Throughout the process of designing the cake, they kept us in the loop with e-mailed updates and questions seeking our input on colors and placement of cake decorations. The cake was prepared on time and my daughter, her friends, and other guests in attendance were absolutely delighted with the visual appearance of the cake. The cake itself was delicious - light and moist without being overly decadent, heavy, or sweet. We dont usually write reviews but wanted to do so here because of how well we were treated and how well the cake turned out. We give them our very best recommendation and will be going back again in the future for other special occasions.

I was very disappointed in my experience. We spent $100 on this cake, which is the most Ive ever spent minus my wedding cake. We had a gender reveal cake. The outside of the cake was not what we asked for. They did it exactly to the picture and didnt make any of the changes we asked for. When we cut the cake to find out the gender, the inside of the cake was green!!!! Not blue!!! I had to open the envelope from the doctor to make sure of the sex. Was a big disappointment in front of 50 people.

These are the best cupcakes that I have ever had! I buy these cakes for my business and now for my personal parties! I am so impressed by how moist they are and how great they taste! Although my favorite is the Strawberry with cheesecake icing my sister loves the vanilla cake with vanilla icing. I work for a big company and if they use these cakes for all of our parties, it made me really want to try them. I am glad I did! They will be my caterer for cakes from now on!

They have a good turnaround rate and was willing to fix the icing on a dropped cake for a small fee. However, they did forget a big part of that cakes decor. My fault for not double-checking the cake at pick-up (I thought it looked fine but my family immediately noticed the missing part at home), but I wish they had reached out to me with an acknowledgement of their obvious error.

I recently purchased a cake for my sons birthday. They did a great job decorating the cake with farm animals. It was cute. However, the cake was extremely over priced for how it tasted. It was very dry and didnt taste good at all. The staff was very friendly, but I think we will be going with a different bakery next year.

I had heard about this place so decided to try it out after checking out the website. I walked in and ordered a couple of cupcakes. DELICIOUS. So good, I had them make a cake for my sons birthday. Hes into superheroes so thats what I asked for. He loved it. Excellent job, both taste and artwork. Well be back.

I ordered a custom design, election themed cake for my daughters first birthday party and also some cupcakes to go with the theme. Everything was as in the pictures I sent them and the cake was delicious too. Very good experience and I must say they are the most reasonably priced bakers in town.

Oh, what a cake! Is amazing! Theyre super friendly and helpful. My fiancé and I were able to draw our own design and choose the colors we want to accommodate our wedding theme. Their cake is SUPER moist and delicious. Ask to try the Amaretto mouse in the cake! Amazing! ^_^

Just purchased a cake for my Brothers Birthday and everyone wont stop raving about the cake. It was so DELICIOUS! Ive ordered specialty cakes before and they never taste and looked great!!! The staff was amazing and helpful. Cant wait to order my next cake from here

I order from her once a year for my daughter who has allergies and she always makes a delicious cake that no one can ever tell she made substitutions! I also sneak and get cupcakes throughout the year... delish! I love that she doesnt drown her cupcakes in icing.

Just bought a dozen cupcakes and they are stale and taste like nonsense. I shouldve just made them. $24 down the toilet. The frosting is not smooth, its gotten crusty on the outside and the cupcake is not soft. Probably a few days old. Some bs. Avoid.

The quality very cheap but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! the lady in front so racist and mean with all the customers that I see come in !!!!! Get your cake at whole foods or Grauls market!!!!

Got a chocolate/ chocolate made in one day it was delicious and keeps well in the refrigerator. So happy they were able to handle a last minute order!
