The provided product was okay... But the service was horrible. Upon arriving my boyfriend who had never had Coldstone, didnt know how to proceed, and voiced his confusion. Of all the 6-7 girls standing behind the counter, no one caught the cue to say "well welcome to Coldstone, this is what we recommend" instead we made our decision blindly. Got to the cash register and stood for 5 minutes with no attention or concern for paying customers. We sat down to eat finally and Id say about 15 more patrons walked in and the first of those new customers was an elderly man with his two grand kids. He had no idea of what this ice cream shop was about or what the gimmick was. So he became frustrated and vocal after being provided horrible customer service... Every girl behind the counter was more involved in gossip And talking down about customers then actually providing a good experience. The elderly man finally got to the cash register only to be told that the other girls were saying he was rude and the cashier then started an altercation and upset the man and kicked him and his grand kids out. I commented on how unprofessional they were and left... I will never return to this location. Its a bunch of kids with no supervision and no work ethic.

Its always nice when they stare at you and laugh while whispering to each other as they serve everyone after you. It being late i have gratuity as a courtesy only to be served in triple the time quoted, burnt, inedible churro caramel crave. The laughing only continued after the girl was reminded why i was the only customer standing at the front of the store. Working in the customer industry I am aware of appearances and this only appeared to be poor customer service. Sadly the ride home only left a mess in my car. Probably feeding some animal better than it couldve myself. Id like to say there was a reason for me to want to return but other locations are too out of my way to go Im not wasting money as this location ever again. I know in my industry reviews are taken seriously and i would hope at least some of this is confronted. Maybe when traveling, i can be near one and enjoy it again but sadly thats almost never at theright time. Goodnight and so long

Place was very busy, and therefor a little slow, but it was my first visit so cant say its that slow all of the time. The ice cream was very good though. My biggest "complaint" would be the layout is not very good for so many customers. If you attempt to sit at one of the tiny tables along the wall, you have to deal with the people in line constantly bumping you, your chair, or table. It is also very difficult to make it to the back if you need to use the restroom. The unfortunate thing is, every Cold Stone Ive been to has had this design flaw so it is not unique to this location.

This is a once-in-while treat for the family. The ice cream here is great and filled with all sorts of sweets. We especially love the chocolate-dipped waffle bowls. You are bound to enjoy whatever you get at this place. Its really easy to get too much of a good thing here! My advice is just to be mindful. You cant avoid taking in LOTS of calories and sugar when you have a dessert here, but you can take it home and freeze whatever you dont eat! Another option is to share with someone else. The portions are generous!

Ive been going to this location for few years now, in the beginning it was fine. However, for the past 6 months or so there has been a constant change in employees, most are not trained very well and the place is dirty. The few employees that have been there for the past 6 months have a "I dont care attitude". Ive called and left a few messages for the owner/s, however, never heard back. Bad service, combined with dirty surrondings is not going to have me coming back to pay for their high priced ice cream

I love ice cream, cold stone is a rarle splurge since its expensive. I got a coffee lovers large in a dipped waffle cone. The value of sharing this with my mom was cheaper than getting two separate small plain ice cream with one mix in. Also, I didnt like the dipped waffle cone as much as I thought. The icecream melts kind of fast as well, I prefer my ice cream a bit harder, but it was still good :) Btw, Me and my mom shared and we didnt finish.

UNSATISFIED :-( Columbia location has terrible management! Just know if youre treated badly by their employees they will defend them to the end & wont listen to a word you have to say. Never have seen an establishment where the employees are valued more than the paying customer! Very dissapointed after supporting this establishment from since I moved to Columbia, MD 4 years ago. Definitely will not be returning!!!

I was the only person in the place and the employee ignored me with her back turned to me. I said "hello" and she said Ill be right with you and went back to unpeeling Reeses cups for a few minutes, cleaned up her mess and then acknowledged me. I told her that those were things she could have done after I left and she said "I know" with a smirk on her face. I will not be returning.

Love coldstone creamery in general but this location has an employee attitude issue. The icing on the cake was on march 17, the location was closed, no note on the door etc. I can only assume than an inept employee called out due to the "snow". The roads today are perfectly fine. Its a shame because this location is close to me, but unreliable.

I have not been to this area before but I can tell you that I am sold on it. I like this location a lot and the staff was very good. I got a good portion which is what I worry about when I go to a Cold Stone Creamery. I have been robbed of portion sizes at other locations but not here. I recommend this place as well as this location.

The ice cream is... well, its Cold Stone, so its great. We come here pretty often because the kids love their ice cream and its a favorite treat. I kind of hate coming, though, because its very crowded most evenings, and service is very slow as a result. Mostly the servers are OK, but sometimes a bit rude and desultory.

If I could give no stars I would. The employees here are absolutely incompetent and are the dumbest people I have ever dealt with. I will never go back to this place or any other cold stone.

Really yummy but if youre not careful youll pay 10 bucks for your ice cream. ;-)You can get really carried away with the creations and add-ons but all are very good!

There are so many good places for ice cream in the area that cold stone is just over priced and out of place. Drive an extra 10 minutes to Cindys

Friendly staff and great variety of ice cream combinations. Parking is sometimes a challenge. Outside tables are available - bring some napkins!
