HORRIBLE STORE! Dont waste your time or money going to this disgusting place. The owner and crew were extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. A couple of times I asked for the owner, and she wasnt even available...how disgraceful. Maybe if the manager actually cared about the store, instead of the profit from her numerous locations, it might have been a better experience. In addition to the mediocre service, the ice cream tasted tainted, as if it was sitting out for hours! I also found some human hair in the bottom of my ice cream cup. I will never ever take my family here again, or any other Coldstone Creamery in the area. I highly recommend you try another location, such as Yogurt Mountain in the Books-A-Million at the Mall, because all you will get at this store is a awful memory.

There cookies and brownies that they use for the hot sold desserts are very cheap they taste like Little Debbies store bought products.
