I was visiting on business, and was able to explore a little of the area within walking distance of my hotel on a Friday afternoon. The plaza seemed newer & was really nice in general. There are a ton of shopping & restaurant choices here, but what I enjoyed the most was the fact that I stumbled upon what appeared to be a regular occurrence... It was basically a live music concert that attracted A LOT of people! Some were dancing, most had brought chairs & other items to accommodate being able to pick a spot & hang out for a good while... Thats what gave it a "regular occurrence" sort of feel. The band wasnt great but I didnt even care, because all of the people were having a great time & were plenty fun to watch ☺️

Well it has been recently updated in appearance wise and it is easy to get around walking. Parking in the circle at times is difficult because everyone wants to be in the center of attention (ha ha) a pun intended. The center circle around the area is beautiful always decorated with the seasons. On Friday nights thru the summer their is a different group that plays n sings or just does all kinds of entertainment. U have GOT to see this place around the Christmas holidays it is beautiful and just think it is right in our own back yard. So go n ENJOY everything. Oh! I forgot there are lots of nice stores and food places to shop and eat at too!

This is the place you take your parents when they want to see whats nearby your new place - its quaint, beautiful, and a nice place to be. Whether youre going out for dinner, doing some light shopping, killing time, etc., this place is inviting. The businesses are higher end, and there is a great selection of food - I work across the street, and love picking places to go for lunch. Its a nice set-up too, so you can grab dinner and go to the movies without having to get in your car. I would say its kid-friendly as well, and beautifully maintained and landscaped.

The variety of stores around allows me to get just about everything I need in one trip. This is the only Wegmans Market in my neighborhood and I absolutely love this store the produce department is incredible and as far as regular grocery items go they are very competitively priced. On many items their prices are consistently much lower then the larger chain supermarkets in the neighborhood. And the fact that they offer Gourmet items as well only makes them more appealing.

The stores and shops here are generally really nice, but because theyre so popular, the parking lots and stores are really crowded. I dont mind walking from a distant spot to a store, but these parking lots are dangerous because of the way people drive and park. Unless I really need something from Wegmans or one of the other stores here, I try to avoid this shopping center. If you like difficult parking and huge crowds though, this is the place for you.

The shopping center is absolutely delightful. There are plenty of shops of all natures, ranging from shoe stores and bookstores to clothing and services like hair salons. There is also a good selection of restaurants from the simple to fancy and a great movie theater run by Regal Cinemas. V Wegmans grocery store in this shopping center is also amazing. Its a very convenient location at the end of the light rail line.

The businesses close a little too early relative to how late the movie theater, which is the shopping centers primary attraction, stays open. The walking paths in the center of the shops are well-made and maintained, but feel just a tad artificial with how unpopulated they tend to be. Still, if youre here before it gets dark out, the shops have whatever youll be looking for.

Really nice new place. I spent all afternoon shopping there. I was staying at the embassy stores across the street. The light rail stops there and some new apartments were built there too. Clean place. I stopped for lunch at Wegmans and brought back food for dinner. Restaurants in the area were not my taste. Outback steakhouse, carabas macaroni grill...

There is an upscale feeling here without being too over the top. Great food selection, clothing stores, beer and liquor stores, and tons more! Saturday mornings, cars and coffee bring some amazing rides from all over! Easy to find, and easy access in and out! Light rail access makes this a great place to stop and travel. Check it out!

Doesnt have everything but is a nice play and even better when the weather is nice and you can walk around. I wish theyd build a parking garage because parking here on the weekend is a nightmare. Also, the abundance of teenagers here is worse than the parking. I guess I was there age once. And the curfew helps.

They did a good job converting a small mall into something more like a town center and not a classic strip mall . I primarily visit the wegmans, hunt valley liquors & movies but there are a number of other good stores. It seems to be holding its own or doing better than most under pressure from Internet sales

Really nice outdoor mall shopping center. There is a lot of different stores to visit and a lot of variety. I also like that there is a light rail station here as well. I go here for Wegmans but there is more to shop here. Plenty of parking and, relatively, easy to get in and out of.

Pros: clean and pretty outdoor mall with a variety of stores. Ample parking except near the theater which is often very busy. Nice movie theater (there arent many others anymore!). Has a wegmans Cons: almost entirely chains. Prices reflect the affluent nature of the area.

Awesome place to shop, eat, get groceries. They have a lot of variety, some of my favorites - Petes coffee, Ann Taylor Loft, Sephora, an awesome and huge grocery store with pretty much anything you need. Could go here for everything. Also, just off the light rail.

Lots of great food options like Chipotle, chik fil a, Panera, Peets coffee, and of course Wegmans! There is a pretty fountain area where you can sit and eat or drink coffee if the weather is nice. Some fun shopping as well, Loft, Francescas and DSW are favorites.

This mall is a success story. It used to be an enclosed mall that was dead. The tore most of it down to create the current open towne center. A lot more shops, restaurants, and now a Wegmans. Much busier and a lot more attractive - in offerings and appearance.

This place has really come a long way! I worked in the area in 1998 and it was hardly anything to do or variety of places to eat. I was pleasantly surprised to see the growth of the area. I will definitely be back for food and shopping. Perhaps see a movie.

Hunt Valley Towne Center is a good example of a struggling shopping destination being revived as a "life style center". Retail, restaurants, entertainment, residential (plus special events in a town square atmosphere) make HVTC worth the drive from PA

The town center is a very fun place to be at any day. But weekends are usually better. They have summer concerts and a bunch of other events for any holiday of the year. We love coming here to shop, eat and watch movies. Very family friendly place.
