Ive been going to Whitemarsh mall since 2003-ish. I can assure you, the mall was NOT this bad before the bus lines were put in. The worst part back then were the "gangs" of teenagers that would hang out in the old arcade. Once that was gone, it was rather nice for a few years. Now its going to crap. Stores are closing left and right. The stores that are open still have high shrink and are in the red. The food court got rid of all the good/popular places to eat, now its all off-the-wall food places. Its only a matter of time until Whitemarsh mall becomes the next Eastpoint. There is a reason there are so many people giving 1 star... The mall Santas are horrible, the security is uninterested and scarce, there are fights frequently, amongst many other issues . I was an employee here for 5 years and I wont be working for a store in this mall again.

Target in the eighties this used to be the place to go to White Marsh Mall was one of the most fun places to shop or just hang out and now theres so many empty stores and just to even though there are some quality stores there it just seems like theyre surviving theyre barely hanging on I would guess that like most moms theyre going to shut down probably end up tearing down the building at some point and making one of those outdoor type malls that literally theres one across the way from them called The Avenue so I dont imagine that this mall is going to be open much longer but in the meantime still okay to walk through it is probably one of the better malls in the area so if you need to go to the mall or if you have the urge to go to the mall this one over most of the others

The mall is clean, safe, and has a wide variety of food and shopping options. Parking is reasonable and there are nice destinations adjacent from the mall across the street including restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, Ikea, etc. The surrounding hotels all offer quick shuttle service and there is a sheriffs department station within walking distance to the mall. The I -95 interchange is close bye, but entrance to the mall is poorly labeled with the sign for "Honeygo" blvd to mall coming far after the concrete median permits a driver from moving to the necessary lane. All in all, the mall is a life saver for families visiting the area.

Shopped at Boscovs. Was very disappointed. Its very difficult to find someone to help you. Even when I went to the various service desks to find help, there was no one there. After walking all around the store I finally found a small service desk at the end of the escalator. There was only one person in front of me which was unusual. The other service desks I went to had long lines as the cashier was having trouble waiting on the person in front of me and I had to get out of the line and find another place to go. This is the second time this has happened to me there. Service is terrible.

I love white marsh mall, always go there to eat. I never pay retail for anything I shop online. One thing I can say is the the jewelry stores here are a joke, i went in after cutting my grass for lunch and they treated me like a crack head lol. A few days later I walked in wearing a rolex and they kissed my ass. Also you can catch a good survey on occasion most pay $2.00 i always pass on anything less then $20.00

Its a basic two story mall. The food court is lacking but it has plenty of clothes stores as well as electronic stores. Its got all four major cell carriers in there. Macys Sears and JCPenney. Everything you really need but they have a overwhelming number of "mall rats" during the weekend. Just people walking around mostly highschool kids with no intent to buy anything.

Looks like on weekdays mall is pretty empty. They have bunch of brand. They have Starbucks which is I like it but that Starbucks I didnt like. I was trying to get refill but she said you werent in the store you cant get. Always I imagine Starbucks is a really cool company but here is not❌❌❌ they dont have any restroom on lower level. You must go food court.❌❌❌

The mall has seen better days. A lot of the stores are just little dinky shops. They just lost Sports authority since they went out of business so now its just a seasonal halloween store. Hoping they fill it with something solid once October is over. The mall really needs to work to get more brand names in the mall. Mall is still clean and pretty though.

I always enjoy coming here! The people are great, the food choices are well-rounded, and the stores are unique. This is the only place that has a Suncoast Video left in the state. It, also, has a great retro video game store call Regen which has a good selection of retro games and consoles. There are some vacancies, but the mall is still vibrant.

I have been going to this mall ever since it opened. Latley (last year or two) it has become an environment that makes me question my families safety. Clearly this mall is catering to teenagers, I have teenagers myself but I prefer they go to Arundel Mills or Harford Mall. White Marsh has become a tennis shoe outlet. Nothing there for us anymore.

This used to be such a good Mall. They do have a good selection of eateries and specialty shops. But the issue is with the clientele that now visits. There is no age limit and Young kids and young teenagers are allowed to run around in the mall unsupervised. If they could get a handle on security it would be a five-star

The mall as well as the avenue is an amazing place I gone three times in this month alone. The food court has limited options but there are plenty of restaurants on the avenue such as a red lobster, TGI Fridays, a burger place, and many other ethnic restaurants. I recommend the mall to anyone who is looking for options.

Its your typical mall. Most of the stores have really good sales and it is very family friendly. If youre into "high fashion" or "luxury" shopping this is not the mall for you. The anchor stores are JC Penny, Macys, Sears, and Boscov. Super busy on the weekends, Friday and Saturday youll run into mostly teens.

Fashion to figure is great (love the staff)(plus shopping) a little higher then you usually pay for clothes but nice fashion, Starbucks yummy nice staff. Payless here is way more expensive then any other food court 1.50 juice stand is watered down Chinese food I not good from either side of the food court...

Workers were very rude at stands around mall , the stands that are in the center have very rude workers standing there. Great food court options with wide variety of foods . But very rude workers and filthy place . If you live in that area Id consider going to Towson, its amazing there •

White Marsh Mall is a great mall. This is my go to mall. I shop here for many things. I love so many stores here and the moon bounce place for my kids. This is where we see the Easter-bunny and Santa every year as well. Great food court, clean bathrooms, family bathroom.
