From the word "go" the staff was exceedingly friendly and professional. When I called to make my initial appointment, we tried to verify my insurance and were having some difficulty. The young lady in the office who took the call stayed on the phone and checked multiple options to verify that they did in fact take my insurance (which for some odd reason was under a different name). Upon arrival, I was whisked to the back by the very personable doctor. He explained what he was doing and why (something I truly liked) and never made me felt like he was rushing through my visit to get to the next person waiting. I felt valued and respected, which is sometimes rare with doctors today. The office is cozy and clean and not "commercial" which you sometimes get with the larger chain vision centers. They have a nice selection of frames from functional to name brand. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this location to anyone.

SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE! CHOOSE ANOTHER EYE DOCTOR! I had previously been going there for routine eye exams annually & on 07/06/2013 an unforgivable situation occurred. I was running late for my appointment, I spoke to the so called office manager/owner Debbie, advised her that I was running late, she said okay. 20mins later as my taxi pulled into the parking lot I was told by Debbie they could not see me since the other patients had arrived. The appropriate business etiquette would have been to let me know that I would not be seen before I made my way to the office. Really, no one has ever come late for an appointment? Theres no possible way to accommodate for this? I will never go back there again & will definitely tell all my friends & family to stay away!

I have always had a wonderful experience with the Doctor except for the woman named Debbie. She was very rude and insulting. This happened not once but many times in person and most especially on the phone. I think she should not be at the front desk and answering the phone because it just ruins the good experience. I was holding back to post this review as I want to give her a chance but I had enough. It would have been a wonderful experience if I did not have to deal with her.

I am not surprised to see so many good ratings on the work the optometrists, and technicians perform, at CEG. Dr. B, and the young woman who helped me (I ended up dropping off a DD gift card the next day to this young woman)... fantastic! I was lamenting my current OD, and went looking for another. Seeing these reviews reminded me why I stopped doing business there...like many I have talked to... we just were not treated well by the front desk staff.

Was not able to have glasses fit with lenses properly. At this point I have new glasses with new lenses that dont fit the frames correctly. They were cut incorrectly. To add insult to injury, they offered additional tests services which were supposed to be beneficial that seemed to serve no other purpose than line their own pockets. And these tests were not covered by insurance, nor were we notified this would or could be the case in advance.

This was my first visit here. Unfortunately, my long time vision office no longer takes my insurance so I had to find a new office. The staff here were very kind and fully explained costs and my vision benefits. Dr. Feldmann was very friendly and did not waste time on my exams. He informed me of information my previous office had not, which I was appreciative of. Overall, Id absolutely recommend this office.

Dr. Richard Edlow was excellent. He was courteous, thorough and friendly. He answered all of our questions. Staff was friendly and efficient, had 2 appts at 9 and was out by 10. They worked with our insurance to get the most bang for our buck. Parking was easy and building was right on the main road - easy to find. Nice facility

I started going here a few years ago when I knew drug store "cheaters" werent enough anymore. Ive always had terrific service from everyone, especially the young lady who has helped me choose frames each time. Highly recommend this practice. Yes, they arent the cheapest, but sometimes you really do get what you pay for!!

Fantastic experience from walking in the door to walking back out, i cant find one thing wrong with it! The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant and the employee helping me pick out the frames was awesome. Thank you so much!!!!

it was my frist time at catonsville eye group. I went there to get eye exams and order contact lens. it only took me 20 mins from filling out forms till ordering contact lenses. even though it was busy, everyone was so nice there. im definately going back if i need new glasses.

Receptionists are horrible, and they dont care about anyones time but their own. I was told a week for my glasses and had to wait almost 3. They also arent up front with their prices. They tell you one price, and then its another.

Dr. Feldmann is great! He listens to his patients and answers questions thoroughly. The entire staff there is just wonderful. The people here are extremely knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Id recommend them to anyone!
