This rating scale is not high enough! Paris West Optical should rate an 11.... they are awesome. Just great top notch stuff , no filler material. Excellent frames, excellent service. Even with a very steep prescription (-11 both eyes), Jordan got my glasses looking killer. If you have trouble choosing frames that are right for your face? Jordan (the owner) is the man you want. His sense of style and matching it to your face is very very well honed. The staff is excellent as well! Thanks you guys! I NEVER regret the money i spend here.

Good prices, service and "technical advice" aka knowing what looks good on your face. The gal mentioned they do work for Targets commercials, which I think is good? I mean you probably have to be pretty good to deal with a national account like that. Anyway theyre really quite friendly and dont push nonsense on you. Couple that with a few little pooches running around and youll have a nice experience (unless you hate dogs). The fact some super cute gals run the place doesnt hurt either. Good spot!

all of the staff are very helpful, are experienced at helping those with particular frame designs in mind. the selection is boutique and stylish with an expected increase in overall cost. however the customer service is hands down the best ive seen. if there is a problem with the frames or prescription they will replace the lenses or frames, no charge. for someone who has bought eyeglasses every year for the past 20 years, i am glad to have found this store and would recommend to anyone i know.

This store has it all... great exam by Dr. Rubin who gave me a new prescription for contacts that is 100% better than my old one. Cailins help in finding frames for me was equally incredible. The frames that she found for me were absolutely better than anything that I would have found for myself. Their selection of frames is impeccable... and combined with her uncanny talent in choosing just the right ones makes this my favorite place for exams and eyeglasses.

This place is amazing!! The eye doctor here worked with me on my prescription and cleared up some issues Ive had with glasses in the past. The retail staff were very friendly and helpful. They have an overwhelming selection of super stylish glasses. However, I wanted to buy glasses online (cheaper), and they didnt pressure me or make me feel weird about that at all. Also, theres a 50% discount for Hopkins students!! You should get your eyes checked here!

Wifes glasses broke last night at the annual death metal festival and I came here for a quick repair job. Being from a different country (glorious Canada) I was very happy when the staff were quick to help, extremely polite, and fast on the job. I was there for less than five minutes which means I got back to my hotel with time for two drinks before heading to todays show. 5/5, would buy from here if I didnt live 666 kilometers away.

This is the best eye doctor Ive ever seen! Super thorough and I felt he was committed so resolving my issues with contacts. The only downside is that hes only in on Fridays, but its totally worth a little schedule rearranging. Make an appointment! You wont regret it!

Like a candy store for glasses! This place has it all- great selection, really wonderful, and an attentive staff that will honestly help you find glasses. Frames basically run on average from around $200-$500, but theyll adjust them for life.

Kaylynn to the rescue! A lens popped out of my glasses while visiting Baltimore...Kaylynn matched the odd screw, remounted the lens, and trimmed the screw for a perfect and comfortable fit. Thanks again for the great service!
