So impressed by this place. I have gone to a few different places since Ive had to wear glass since 4th grade this place by far has them all beat. The doctor was great explained everything about my vision and the various tests as he did the exam added bonus he was super funny and personable. The staff is super friendly and everyone of them greeted me when I walked in or as I was browsing for frames. The doctor was running a bit behind and the one associate acknowledged that and offered a 20% discount without me even saying anything. There are tons of books for sale throughout the store so I was content trying frames and then reading when I found my selection. Its a great hip atmosphere and the selection of frames was right on trend. I am traveling the end if the week so I paid an extra $30 to expedite my order. That was Thursday and my glasses will be here tomorrow (Monday) per UPS tracking. I typically dont venture down town but it was SO worth it. If you are undecided on where to go and are reading these reviews to make a decision.... GO HERE I promise you will be all around happy you did. EDITED: Forgot about price.... I was stupified that my entire visit with the discount offsetting the expedited shipping was just over $200 (including the exam) !!! The last place I went (in the mall) I paid $600 for 2 pairs of glasses one of which I couldnt wear because they were made incorrectly and never corrected after 2 trips back. WP has a no questions guarantee.

This location was FANTASTIC! I had an eye exam and my regular eye doctor on Friday and was quoted with an astronomical price for frames and high level lenses ($525!). I chose to look around and stopped at Warby Parker (I brought my new glasses prescription with me). They have a huge selection of stylish frames between $95 - $145. I found a pair I liked and a member of staff took my measurements for the frames I liked. Then, they had an optometrist come OUT TO ME in the store to take 2 additional measurements for my lenses (no waiting in the back in a waiting room, filling out extra forms, wasting extra time). Finally, they had me answer a few questions about delivery on a template, swiped my card, and emailed me my receipt. All in all - the TOTAL PRICE for my frames and high level lenses was $125! I cannot recommend Warby Parker enough!

This was my first time using Warby Parker and it was incredible. Never buying glasses from anywhere again. I did the at home trial and then went to the store to try on a couple more pairs and return my box. I ended up buying two pairs and love them so much. Katelyn was so helpful and I really trusted her judgment. I couldnt believe the price for both with my prescription was so reasonable. 2 pairs w/ corrective lenses were half the price of just the frames at my eye doctors. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Have only done online purchases but this company easily has the BEST customer service I have ever seen in a company. My puppy had destroyed my glasses and they were so wonderful with taking care of getting me some new specs and on top of the speedy return and help, they sent my puppy a WP chew toy for him to enjoy. They are such a great company and I am a lifelong customer for sure! 2 HUGE thumbs up!!!

Had the post positive experience here! The sales associates are so welcoming and kind. They helped me find my perfect frames and the whole process took about 20 minutes. So quick, in and out. The people who work here are great at what they do! Also, there are so many frames to choose from. There is a frame for every face shape! 100% would recommend.

Ended up here off a recommendation of a friend. By far the easiest glasses buying experience I have ever had. Staff is extremely helpful, and sincere. Large selection of frames, and its nice the price is all inclusive. I will definitely be coming back for future needs.

Stopped by this afternoon and was promptly helped, guided through the store and process and given a few tips by several of the staff members. I was helped to book an appointment with an optometrist at the Shaw location later during the week when it was convenient for me.

I seemed to have the opposite experience as other reviewers. I went in, loved the glasses, found a pair I was ready to purchase, but could not for the life of me get someone to help me. Really irritating, I ended up leaving without my glasses.

Fantastic glasses great service. Love my titanium frames, ultra thin lenses (auto tint in the light). And a fraction of the cost of the local pricey boutique and still cheaper than the big box optometry stores. Love love love Warby Parker.
