Dr. McKay is my hero! After having RK (similar to Lasik surgery), in 1991, my eyes changed so much that I needed glasses again. I was told by 5 different eye doctors that I wasnt a candidate for contacts. According to all of them, the surgery had changed the shape of my eyes, making them too flat for contacts to fit correctly; and the contacts would not provide adequate vision for me. However, while in Dr. McKays office, being treated for an eye infection, I mentioned that I couldnt be fitted for contacts. He said that he was specializing in fitting people who have had RK or Lasik, and he was confident he could find a fit for me. AND HE DID ON THE FIRST TRY!!! I am 100% satisfied with my contacts and 200% satisfied with his customer service. He is a very soft-spoken man with a great personality who is dedicated to making sure his patients are happy and satisfied with their results. He would be a great fit for the young or the old. If you need your eyes examined, have an eye infection or concern, or need specialized treatment, I very highly recommend Dr. McKay.

Excellent customer care and knowledge! This is by far, hands down, the best experience I have ever had during an eye exam and trip. The team was very patient and understanding as I had to bring along my two younger children. I did not feel rushed or overlooked, and any/all questions I had were addressed. As long as I live in the area, I will continue to see Dr.McKay and his staff. Also, this location is brand new and beautiful inside and out.

Dr. McKay, Brandy, & Stacy were incredibly kind and patient with my 4 year old & 6 year old sons. They ended up needing glasses & Stacy ensured that their glasses would fit them comfortably. I wholeheartedly recommend this office to anyone looking for eye care for the entire family!!!!
