I used the optician services only, not the doctor. Horrible experience. I originally ordered by lenses/frames in March 2010. After 5, yes FIVE, lense do-overs that Peepers reluctantly made, I finally got a pair of lenses I could at least see with, although far from perfect in AUGUST. Frames and lenses cost $500 so its also no bargain. The staff was generally unprofessional, 3 people were downright rude (a middle age man, a young man, the glasses technician who stood me up twice ). Only one man was helpful in the many months I had to go back - Chris - who left the business. I had to return to my eye doctor (at my expense and inconvience) to get several checks and he verified that Peepers product was incorrect. I will now only go to my doctor for glasses. I want to put a sign outside Peepers Gambrills warning people not to go in.

I asked for help in choosing glasses for my son who is disabled and the help I received was - you can choose from this side or that side. I asked again because I wanted flexible frames and was told to read the label and it would tell me if they were flex frames (this was told from the seat - no offer to get up) I nearly left at this point but they did seem friendly so Nicholas and I found a pair of glasses on our own and ordered and paid for them. I was told I would be called when they were ready - a month later - I call - the glasses are waiting for us. I did receive an apology but overall a very poor experience that I will not repeat.

The staff is miserable, they have charm or enthusiasm what so ever. I tried asking them for there opinion on frames but it was like pulling teeth with them. I asked them not to give me tint in my glasses but they did any ways. When I tried to get them to fix it, they refused and tried to up sell me on contacts. Avoid these guys, they only want your money and want nothing else to do with you.

Be glad you are smarter than me by reading these reviews. Wish I had! I went here because my optometrist doesnt take my insurance anymore. What a mistake. Just like another reviewer said, you will get no assistance picking out frames. Took three weeks for my glasses and they were wrong. Im only on my first lens redo, so I guess I should consider myself lucky?

I have never been to a place where they try to skimp on the eye exam. I had my current prescription which they decided was correct, which I knew needed to be increased slightly. I am on my third set of trial lenses and they still arent right. Thank goodness I didnt order glasses! I will never go here again!!!

Took two weeks to get my glasses done but yet it took visionworks within a day to do the same thing. Dont go here if youre coming for glasses but I will say the staff is nice

It was a little crowed and the nice lady that helps with billing and glasses fitting was way over worked but I was very happy with the service and I am rarely ever happy
