This place has a very rude staff and tgey are far from child friendly. My daughters went there one tine and they treated them as if tgey were sissys and tried putting them in straight jackets instead of trying to calm them down by talking about the precedure. I felt as though they were dealibg with frightened children all day n they should have been a little bit more friendly towards them. Just yesterday my sister took my nephew there and also had a horrible exoerience. She said the person doing the suction was too busy talking and her son was gagging and choking on his own saliva. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Both me n my sister r in search of another dentist. I have no idea how this place has the reviews it has. Must be family n friends of tge staff because everyone I have talked to said they were horrible and treated both the child n the parent rudely and talk about things that are suppose to be confidential in front of others.

Its just ok. When my daughter first started going there the staff seemed very nice and accommodating but now they are becoming quite rude. Especially when there are other children getting treated in the same room maybe they should keep their voices to a minimum and not try to embarrass the parent about the oral hygiene of their child. Also when making an appointment they are not helpful and wont work with your work schedule giving you appointments a month in advance. I am going to start searching for a new dentist for my child. Theyre lucky I was nice and gave them 3 stars

My neice had a very traumatic experience this morning. She was crying in pain and all they wanted to do was keep working. They acted like they didnt care nor did they wanna ask her what was wrong. I had to start recording this because I was in shock. Being that you have a child in your chair, you (the dentist) should wanna make sure the child is comfortable. I wanted to cry and all I could was apologize to my neice for bringing her to this place. Im still sorry baby.

Took my 16 year old son and had a great experience. They were on time, professional, informative and created a carefree and relaxed atmosphere to where it was a great first experience/visit. And one other thing of most importance, they DID NOT mind me asking 101 questions and answered each one without any inkling of an attitude or irritations. Definitely recommendable!!!

I had been going there for a while but this day on8/17/2017 l was there at10:00and didnt get see until1:00pm that wasnt a very good visit that day sitting all that timewas very upset with this matter l talked to the manager about this isnt right to myself and my son

Scheduling was difficult and scheduler entered the appointment time incorrectly. Wait time was relayed incorrectly and was over an hour and a half. Dentist was wonderful, but her support staff lacked tact and werent good at explaining or soothing a young patient.
