Worst experience ever. The office staff seemed annoyed that I was even in the office, they were eating and talking in plain view of the patients. The doctor went to the bank in the middle of seeing patients, when I asked was it lunch time I was told that he would be right back (smh). Any way got the eye exam and ordered glasses. They could not find the glasses when I returned to pick them up. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Not worth the time nor the aggravation.

Horrible. Went for a contact exam used insurance still had to pay 80 dollars. Forgot to go back to have the dr ensure the contacts were ok now have to go back and pay 24 for another trial pair. I have never had to pay for a trial pair of contacts. I havent gone back because the first experience was enough. I waited for hours to even be seen. I will go to get my prescription after that I will never return. Do not go to this place.

12:00p appt. Wasnt seen until about 1hr later. There was only 1 person fitting for glasses and to no fault of her own, the process with one customer took 1+hrs. 1 person appear to be doing paperwork but could have checked some customers in or if only one person could fit, assisted with glasses choices. That way once the cust was completed, all the fitting person needed to do is fit.

Worst eye doctors that Ive every visited. Doctor always late. Three hour wait one location wasnt seen. Two hour wait second visit still wasnt seen. Assistant arguing with each other. Records couldnt be found had to call insurance company myself. Billed for a visit and I wasnt even seen that day. Doctor has very nasty disposition. Never will GI there again!

I have been going to this clinic for about 15yrs..when it use to be Penn Optical..The Doctor and Staff are very Courteous and Friendly..With the transition to Sanaga there were a few bumpy roads but nothing that would deter me from returning. LOVE this Place!!!!

Rude service ignorance Please dont go there My glasses were not fitting right and they gave me a headache for adjusting them.and getting a new frame Im done I will not be going back

Dont go to this place I have been waiting 3 weeks for glasses and didnt get none yet..no refund policy..if u have to drive with glasses u just out of luck

2 hour wait only to find out that you get your glasses in 10 day now day 11 still no glasses lady told me dont call them they will call me
