Service here was ok. Staff members were friendly and pleasant. I went in for a routine basic eye exam. The techs do most of the exam which was the bare minimum. They seemed sloppy and disorganized, almost as if they werent sure what to do next. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but does not use the standard modern equipment that you will find in most offices. I disliked the fees the most, which are non-negotiable. They do not tell you how much your appointment will cost prior to your exam, you must ask, and if your insurance does not cover 100% there are much cheaper options out there. They also cant give you a prescription for contacts at this office. I wont be returning for any further care.

I visited the office because I wanted to replace my glasses. It took me too long to get eye examination. They charged me $30 copay and sent me a big bill later just for eye examination.
