I hired Andriots to install carpet tiles in the office of my place of business. I have been dissatisfied since the installation was completed. I still have tiles that do not fit properly and the cove base keeps coming off of the wall. I have requested on several occasions that someone from the store come in and inspect the installation. No one comes out except the installers who apply more glue until the pieces come off the wall again. Finally Andriots agreed to install new pieces of the cove base. Almost two months went by and I had to call and demand that they come out and complete the installation. At some point this week they arrived but it wasnt during normal business hours. I noticed this morning that one of the corners was already coming off the wall. I am dissatisfied and will not use Andriots again in the future for any of my projects at work or home.

This place is great! It almost has a "cheers" vibe to it with the regulars,both professional and home owners, conversing. The staff was a big help in picking out colors and products. I will definitely be shopping at Andriots for my future home projects.
