Went in the first time to look at chips,sat down maybe there 20 mins. The young girl there did ask when I came in if I needed any help. Went up with my chose of color to get a sample and they didnt have the base paint to mix the sample. Maybe tomorrow they said. Went back couple of days later to get sample, two guys working neither one friendly, got my sample and a couple of days later went back to get the paint, the guy who waited on me was not friendly, the phone kept ringing so he kept having to stop talking and answering my questions and then he didnt show me what the paint looked like after he mixed it. End thoughts I think if youre a contractor and buying from this location regularly you get good attentive service but if your just coming in for a gallon not so much. Just my observation.

I buy all of my paint from this location now. I purchased a few gallons from a Sherwin-Williams in Dunwoody. Well, I was painting and the wall was soaking up the paint like crazy. So I went to get another gallon from this location. The sales attendant warns me that I should use a primer with the color I was purchasing. I said, "well that explains it lol....and mentioned that the Dunwoody store did not tell me that." He ended up giving me a discount on top of the current sale going on, which was very much appreciated.

More than 40 mnts just to get 1 gallon of paint long line of people and the worst is that a friend of the manager came in the store and skip the line and the manager charge him for his thing and left before any body else 3 people mixing paint only one taking orders very bad service
