I purchased a 2003 Cadillac CTS in July 2016 I purchased a warranty along with the car. Needless to say four months later in December 2016 the whole car went down I took the car to Cadillac brown brothers they informed me the warranty company would not approve of the repair because the work costed more then the car was worth. Patrick Edwards was my car salesman of the 2003 Cadillac and him and Larry Geary decided to swap me into a Dodge charger 2008 which I was very ecstatic about it but here it is four months later April 21, 2017 and Im having the same issue with this car . I called the car lot and got put on hold for 20 minutes waiting on a manager to speak with me and get upset and came inside the car lot. On my way in the car a lot I told customers to be very careful when choosing a car on the lot the car salesman Travis got upset which I wouldve to but I was just being honest. Travis called security on me and Officer Rob advised me that I needed to leave the car lot after speaking with my account manager. I only came in to talk to Mr. Larry Gary the man who gave me the Dodge charge in the first place. I pay $400 a month for a 2008 Dodge charger and $250 a month for full coverage. I am paying $650 a month for a car I only have that does not work . Half of a car salesman come from Auto smart car lot and their car lot has the repetition of its own and I can see both car lots are very identical product and customer service wise STAY CLEAR. You will not get far on this car lot if you dont know someone personally or if you are a woman . The security officer Rob was very rude and band me from making payments on the lot which is I really dont care I just wanted to speak with someone that could help me at the time. I was treated subhuman on this car lot because they look at me As just a woman so they think Im going to play the role as a fool I just want to be treated fairly says Im paying $620 a month for car that is undrivable sincerely upset consumer by the way they pay $5 for customers to rate google review a 4-5 star I wish I couldve made a false review for $5 but my 2008 Dodge Charger I got four months ago isnt drivable and Im upset

HORRIBLE!!!!! Went to go and get a used car of course with all used as its going babe problems some where down the line, just didnt expect it to be from the jump..dont get me wrong patrick, and Carlos are very professional..but that Larry the finance manager and Justin are the 2 biggest, unprofessional, people I have ever seen..very deceitful!!! I guess Larry thought by me being a female I was dumb..but guess what..jokes on you!!! I chewed larrys ass out..even though i was standard there..didnt care..I REFUSED to be spoken to in such a way..u offered me 3 cars a 2006 Denali $500 down..didnt want it 200,000 miles on it sounded awful..2005 expedition nice on the outside but everyone knows on these particular Fords EVERYTHING goes wrong quickly...180,000 miles on it..then I found a 2006 buick lacrosse 70,000 miles ok on it not bad drove great 500 down and 440 monthly...I told him (larry) that was to much..he flew off the handle babbling about i am Just going to by pass this deal..why because I was to smart for ur ass i told him i dont care bypass what u want but u need to bypass that buffet table and walked out..Justin said its because of the year of the vehicle..really..thats not what larry just told me!! When I asked would they fix any pic the cars i test drove before purchasing be told me NO!!! I SAID R YOU ALL CRAZY!!! And walked out caught a cab home..and now by the Grace of God..I have 2013 SUV from a ford dealership.Gave me a carfax report and the whole 9..WORD OF WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE they know ur desparate of u come there!!!!

In the beginning thought they were really decent car company were very friendly helpful anytime I had an issue called worked it out with me one time needed extra time maybe 5 days to make a payment gave me the time without giving me late charges. After 7 months of having the car put $2,500 worth of work in it never called to complain because I drive the car out of town every weekend to see family so I have put 20,000 miles on the car in that time frame. After doing all the work on the car it needed an alignment in doing so found out the car had been wrecked talked to the owner to see if they would help me out because they never told me that the car was wrecked even though they say they do a full inspection of vehicles on their property. Owner told me I had put way too many miles on the vehicle in that short. Of time only other person he ever seen do that was a drug dealer very rude and said he would do nothing to help me so now Im out almost 2,000 more dollars for this vehicle. thought I would also mention when calling in to ask if they would help assistant manager Justin was very rude on the phone and at the end of the phone call hung up on me then would not answer my phone calls when calling back had to go to the property because they have caller ID and no one would answer.

I dont know how this place got almost 5 stars because theyre absolutely horrible and need to be shut down. They sell lemons and then want to badger you about a car payment. How is it possible that youre putting more money into a car that youre financing. WLKY will be contacted. Also, the financing company is not legit at all, they argue with you and become very unprofessional. Richard hung up on me and was very rude, they pay their customers for these good reviews so dont fall for the okie doke! Its all a SCAM. Dont DO IT!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT, I MEAN IT. DO NOT! My aunt also got a vehicle through them as well and her transmission went out after a month. So just save your time.

Approved Auto has my approval. I just recently purchased my second car from approved and I have never had an ounce of problems from either vehicle. The service was/is top notch and here at approved auto, everyone wants you to leave the lot happy and with the car that youve always dreamed of and deserve. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to come to Approved. There are always deals to help the everyday man get approved for a vehicle and help to further themselves in life and provide opportunities for all. If you dont believe me, come down and find out for yourself. If they cant help you, theyll find a way to change that.

I have had my car for a year and its doing pretty good . The amount you put down is definitely ridiculously expensive and I dont see how their selling cars but hey , whatever . The only thing I dont agree with with the fact they want you to have full coverage but Kentucky only requires you to have the min. Of liability. They once called he threatened me they were going to tow my car if I didnt get it & I never missed a payment . But I havent had any issues with my car & no one I know who received a car from them had any issues . Thats the only good part . But they should be more professional.
