I just want to commend the team over at Byerly Nissan located at 4027 Dixie Highway Louisville, KY 40216. From the moment I sent the first email to the day I finalized the purchase of my car Chris Trusty- Sales took great care of me. He went above & BEYOND my expectations and made my first time "New" car buying experience more than worth it. Im so grateful to honest, friendly and most importantly caring sales professionals and Chris did just that. He delivered and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He took the extra time (and I do mean extra) to go over all the cool features and functions of my vehicle because my ancient 07 Saturn kept me decades behind modern technology. I had such a poor car buying experience in the past and Chris made me feel comfortable, answered all questions and most importantly I felt he truly had my best interest in heart when purchasing a car. If I had won that 1.4 billon dollar powerball Chris sure would have received a great gift from me, but since I didnt and still have to work this 9 to 5 I can only do what I can (which really doesnt seem like much) and give him the biggest praise, along with the ENTIRE team at Byerly Nissan. The Sales Accountant was phenomenal, everyone was so pleasant friendly and kept a smile on their face (EVEN when I kept them there after hours crunching numbers working with NMAC for an approval). If corporate can please show this awesome team some much needed appreciation b/c they are truly serving the KY area remarkably. Thank you Nissan

My experience was flat out amazing. Growing up my dad always leased cars and frequently changed out vehicles so I am very familiar with having to deal with car dealerships. This was by far the best experience I have ever had period. I was referred to them by a friend of mine after having an awful experience at a local car dealership in Southern Indiana. I called Trisha who is the financial manager and told her of my experience and my situation of why I needed a new car ASAP. Upon my arrival she had already picked out Patrick Williams for me who was ready to go and hilarious. Right off the bat, he was smiling and laughing which helped my boyfriend and I to feel at ease and just enjoy test driving a car..... Aahhhh the moment of relaxation while test driving, who knew it didnt have to be high pressure!? We came back to the lot and right away Pat came up with a endless of great opportunities for me to pick from. I ended up leasing a new Nissan- something I thought I would never do but I can say its the best decision I have ever made with a car. Pat was not only honest, he was very knowledgeable, hilarious, and just a great personality. He and Trisha went above and beyond to help me find a car and enjoy doing it. I will never go to any other car dealership ever again this is the place for all of my future car transactions.

This was my best auto buying experience and at 52 years of age I have bought a lot if vehicles in my life time. The entire sales and finance team made this the easiest experience. I felt like the entire staff genuinely cared that everything went smoothly. I began my experience with on line shopping. I was contacted immediately by Chris Trusty, salesman of the year in my opinion. He took time to ask me what I was looking for and he found exactly what I wanted. I happened to be in Chicago on business so he took a video of the vehicle and sent it to me. I loved it. Driving back from business I went to Byerly in a rental car that I used on my trip. Get a load of this. When I selected the vehicle they told me they would work with rental car company so I could transfer all my work and personal items to my new vehicle and I did not have to return the rental and come back to pick up my truck. I live 50 miles away. Hugely helpful. Trisha Brown, the business manager, was great. Great personality. Easy to work with. Explained all details in an understandable manner. Everyone from sales manager to staff were friendly. My Nissan Frontier is awesome. And Byerly gives me free life time power train warranty. Awesome.

Gwen Stoll at Byerly Nissan made our experience there absolutely wonderful. My wife and I went out for a special dinner to celebrate our purchase of the 2016 Platinum Murano. We felt, and still feel, very good about the vehicle itself and about the price and trade-in value that Byerly offered and we accepted. We thought it was a very fair deal for us and (we certainly hope) for them as well. In our minds, a good transaction is one with which both parties are pleased afterwards. When we took delivery, my wife and I were extremely impressed with the clarity and thoroughness of Gwen’s explanations. More broadly, we were very impressed with the professional and straightforward behavior of everyone at Byerly during the whole process from our initial contact to the ultimate delivery. Gwen and her colleagues not only made a deal; they also created repeat customers, since we will certainly come back to Byerly to purchase our next Nissan. One of the worst place to take a vehicle to for diagnostic testing. They charged me $100 and all the did was pressure test my coolant system and the guy told me that he looked on the computer and that the majority of people that had the same problems had a blown head gasket or a cracked head and it was going too be $4800 for repairs. He also informed me that they wouldnt do any other teating because thats whats wrong with it. I took it to Mineke and they checked the heads, head gasket, coolant system, everything, i even found out i had a leak in my power steering hose. But it was the radiator and it cost me about $1000 for all the repairs. In other words this Nissan repair center has no clue, THEY ARE IGNORANT.... Atleast if youre gonna charge someone $100 for diagnostic testing, do some testing!!

I went into Byerly on Sat June 6th in the morning. Jodi was our sales person. We took the 2015 Versa Note out for a test drive and loved it. Jodi sat down with us and was very upfront and honest about the whole deal. she did not try to pressure us at all. She worked with us and let us go home and think about it. That evening we decided to go back in and make the deal. Talk about friendly people. They all stayed well after closing time to allow us the time to purchase my car..Thank you for that. This is the second car I have bought from Byerly and I will continue to go back. They have the kindest staff and Jodi is so awesome I am pleased to say not only do I have a car go to person, I now have a friend. Thank you Jodi and Byerly for making my dream come true...I love my car.
