My 2011 Chrysler Town and Country minivan had a recall that needed to be taken care of. I got my notice in the mail at least 10 months ago. I actually got two letters. The reason it took me so long to get this issue fixed? I couldnt get ahold of anyone in the service department at the dealership to answer my phone calls. I have made multiple, multiple attempts to reach the service department at Dellen Chrysler. I have called on different days of the week, at different times of the day. It doesnt matter. The receptionist will answer the phone and transfer my call. Then every couple of minutes, the receptionist will answer and say that she will try again. This can go on forever. They simply do not answer. Im actually not sure that they even have phones in the service department because I have never once been able to talk to anyone in the service department on the telephone. I work full time, plus I work on-call as a nurse on nights and weekends and I have three small children. I do not have time to play this game. I happened to have a day off this week and thought it would be a perfect time to get this finally fixed but I couldnt schedule an appointment. No one would answer the phone. Finally, I got on Dellens website and went to the "contact us" page and left my name, phone number, email address and let them know that I would be coming in on Wednesday morning for this recall. I was never contacted back. My husband took my van in this morning. He said the guy was a real *jerk (*he didnt actually say jerk, he used a stronger 4 letter word). He was rude and told my husband he wasnt sure if they even had the part that I needed. After he verified that they did indeed have the part, he told my husband that it would take 30 minutes. I also wanted to get my rearview mirror looked at because it has a light that has been blinking non-stop for months. When my husband asked about this, the guy told him that we needed to make an appointment. Needless to say, I will be going somewhere else to have the rearview mirror looked at. This is very disappointing to me because Russ Dellen Chevy, just across the street, is wonderful. We have never had any problems there and they are also so nice and courteous. I cant believe they have the same name on their buildings because the service is completely different.

Found my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew online, listed at Dellen. Drove down from Chicago to look at it. Travis was waiting outside for us as we drove up, and took us inside to see the vehicle on the showroom floor. He knew EVERYTHING about that van! There wasnt any question I asked that he didnt know the answer to. Very experienced salesman and very friendly. Not at all pushy. We went for a test drive, and drove and drove. He even had my friend drive for awhile too. I kept expecting him to tell us to head back to the dealership, but he was in no hurry. After we decided to buy, he walked us through everything easily. Several times in the year since I bought, Travis has called to make sure everything was OK with the van. Ive had no problems with my van and I love it! I expect to keep this van for a long time, but if I need to buy another one, Ill be sure to go back to Dellen if Travis is still working there! He was great!

I just figured out you review places on Google. . Havent been to this place in a year maybe closer to a year and a half. Used car manager condescending jerk. He acts like he knows more than you. I have been around cars for decades. He still try to act like I was an idiot and had an attitude with me. I hope they have fired him by now.

Matt seemed to be doing his job, except he did not keep in contact. The used car manager is very pleasant, and kept wanting more down payment, when we called. The used car manager needs an attitude adjustment. My son was treated very well.
