Sullivan seemed like a great place to shop at first. Everyone was helpful through the browsing process. When we started to purchase the vehicle I had asked for it to be detailed, filled up and the back tire checked upon arriving to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived nothing was done. The gas wasnt a huge issue so I let it go and could clean it on my own. But days later I had to call again about the tire. They took the car for a day and stated nothing was wrong with it(even though air had been lost). I later took it to a tire shop and needed it repaired. I would rather have it done right then told it was OK while I had a baby riding in the car. I also had issues with the car vibrating at 75MPH and was told by the manger there is nothing they would do about it bc they NEVER drive over the speed limit and wont to see whats going on. This company DOES Not take care of their customers, they sell you a car and forget about you. They do not have them looked at prior to being sold or I wouldnt have to deal with all of these issues. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them!

We negotiated long distance with the general manager of this company for a vehicle. We agreed on a price, made a contract, paid a deposit and made travel plans to complete the purchase. After all that manager sent an email explaining that he wanted more money and had cancelled the contract. If we were local wed go to court. Unreliable at best which seems consistent with other comments online.
