awful experience at Florence Mall salon, Amanda relaxed my hair on March 4, 2017. charged $72.00 less than two days later my hair looked a mess!!!!! and worst of all my hair was all broken off!!! and continues to break off I believe she did not mix the relaxer correctly and or rinse it out completely although I was reimbursed for my $72.00 this is an issue! our hair is our crown and glory I called corp to lodge a complaint 3 days ago no one bothered to call me back when I called to follow up the store had not even filed a response to the complaint, I called for store manager she is out of store and in the whole store no one can assist me????? CRAZY!!!! I will be filing an formal incident report at the store. My hair falling out IS NOT OK!!! If Amanda is too inexperienced or hell just messed up she shouldnt be preforming services on clients my crown and glory mean too much to me! Have pics to embarrassed to post

This location has really gone downhill. Was planning on buying items, but left because all of the dressing rooms except one were blocked off and everyone was packed into one room. It always takes so long to check out there lately and there is no organization to the clothes. All the sizes are everywhere so finding what you want means spending tons of time combing through each rack. Used to love this store, but have become very disapointed and will choose to shop elsewhere now on.

Dont make an appointment because it doesnt matter! Customer service is awful! Its a shame they have some talented hair stylist. Just dont schedule an appointment with your daughter at the same time because if you do one of you wont be getting your hair done(MOM). They just sre so disorganized I. The front. Waste of time and not worth the aggravation thats this place causes. Never again!

Paid $10 extra for the stylist to use a flat iron since my hair tends to frizz. I left with limp, still frizzy, awful looking flat iron "curls" that I rushed home to flat iron out myself. I seriously paid extra to have to go home and flat iron my own hair. It looked so bad. So bad. This is why I have trust issues.

The older ladies are so rude Ill not go back in there I didnt like it very much when she ripped my money out of my hand when I was paying for my stuff and I didnt even hand it to her get because I was counting it to make sure I had the right amount.. and if I could rate them lower than one I would.

First off, they have great selections clothing wise. But other then messy dressing rooms, rude and ingorant staff, clothes being mixed on the floor and being a huge mess in general I guess its a nice store.
