I just had bad experience with this place. here are the details. I went to the store Saturday and spent over 250 dollars on shoes and panels. I was happy about what I got even if I had to wait 30 mn for someone to order the panels for me from online cuz they dont have them at the store. she opened an account for me and ordered the panels and she suggested that I can get them at home for free and I agreed. when she finished the order, I asked here if she has my address, she said yes and I asked here what was it and she told me an address that I dont go to no more they had it on file. she called to change it over the phone they told her that it is too late the order is already processed like 5 mn after she placed it. I trusted her cuz she said u can call jcpenny on Monday when ups pick it up and they will be to call ups to change it for you. and that what I did today and someone in the name of monika culumbus oh said it cant be changed now it is too late the order is already set up for delivery tomorrow. what ?! and I explained to her the situation and she said I cant help you. you can call ups and see if they could change it. and thats what I did few mn after I hanged up with her. ups said jcpenny had to call them to change it not the customer I was like what. and I asked for another option if it available and she said you can do a pick up at ups store tomorrow if you dont wanna it delivered to the address you provided. and I had to agree so I wont lose my 200 dollars worth of panels. thanks jcpenny for the time I had to wait today with you

Could Not be Happier with both the SELECTION and Service. Everyone was so nice and HELPful! Ordered a vary popular pair of Theme PJs on line.... only to find out it was NOT available.... so called one of the Cincy stores..... the clerk looked it up and said there was 1 and ONLY 1 in the Bridgwater Falls store. When I called the clerk put me and hold, went to see if it was really there and happily reported the ONLY Size 12 in a Tri-State area was there and she would hold it for me! My grandson will be SO HAPPY TO wear his Spider Man Pjs Christmas eve... Yes, It is NOT too early to get what you want in the Size you want. thanks so much SuziQ

Okay, so I have shopped here for many years and I also worked here for a few years. Now everything has changed! I would never go back. They treat associates like total crap. They promise all these promotions, deals, etc. but they are almost always lying! I tell everyone that asks me to just go to Macys or Kohls. WAY BETTER! "JCP" needs to go back to "JC Penney" ...... as a previous worker, I can definitely tell you that the older people HATE their new way of doing things. theyre losing customers instead of getting any! They are so rude. The managers will treat you like youre less than them!

Awful experience. Hope you do not plan on shopping here if you disabled or need a wheelchair. The store has become cluttered. Clothes racks are WAY to tight. On top of that, i did not get asked to be helped 1 time the half hour i was in the store. I dont understand how someone such as my self is suppose to shop in a place like this. What a shame, i used to shop here 1-2 times a week. What has heard to have been new store management, has completely ruined this store for myself and many others.

Checkout experience was horrible. Shopped at 1:30 pm on a Thursday. They had 3 cashiers with roughly 10 people in line. Each transaction was taking 4 to 6 minutes. One of the cashiers was eating and drinking while ringing out an order and kept licking her fingers. It took 20 minutes for me to buy 2 pairs of pants. Not sure if Ill be back anytime soon.

The worst customer experiences Ive ever had, have been at this store. The women that work here are so snooty and rude. I know how it is working in retail. I get it. But Im always polite and get treated like crap with returns or needing help with finding something. Total opposite experience at kohls right down the street.

We are usually Macys shoppers, but saw a Penneys ad that had a swimsuit we liked. Several clothing items on display were perfect for summer vacation. The sale prices made them too good to resist. Sales help made this a great shopping experience, and will bring us back more often.

Do NOT buy a appliances here! They are pushing for their appliance business to take off...claim they match prices and try to RIP you off. Aikido tried to help us but Marda (the MANAGER) did not work with us at all!! $3,000 sale lost. One star is too much for that experience.

I took the twins to JCPENNEY today. Lots and lots of trying on. Kinda worried when we got to the checkout, but pleasantly surprised when the clerk said "Good shopping, girls, everything you chose is on clearance!" Go check out the sales...
