Im disappointed. Friends and I would make an event of going to the pop-up stores. It could be a little hit-or-miss sometimes, but they ALWAYS had their bras sorted by size and plus size panties were abundant. The new store has a couple of tower baskets with underwear dumped in them and several racks of bras, all marked Victoria Secret. I asked an associate where the plus size items were and she told me that if I dug through what they had I’d probably find something. I dug, I didn’t. The clothing racks weren’t in disarray like the bras and panties, but there were approximately 4 shirts to choose from, all of them neon. If you wear a size 12 or below, you’re going to love it here; the selection for those sizes looked great, but plus size girls are just an afterthought in the permanent store.

I started at the gahanna store when I loved in Columbus 2013 or 2014... Then I went to the one near broad street in Columbus then plain city and now so glad to have one near where I live now so I dont have to drove back there to shop! Thanks for the Kettering store! I find myself telling so many People about it and taking them with me to shop.

The staff were so friendly you couldnt ask for a better place to shop great prices for their clothing great prices on their shoes and other accessories and things that you need Id recommend this place before anybody great clothes for a cheap price they even have prom dresses

Great place to get those last minute stocking suffers for the gentleman in your family!! Awesome prices on Express ties and socks!! Ive never found anything wrong with the quality of items Ive purchased here.. most of it is just overstock from last years/ seasons styles.

Forget the trips to the mall! This place is AMAZING!!! Great clothing selection (with prices that defy belief) and super friendly staff!!! The mens section consists mostly of EXPRESS (one of my favorite brands). Definitely coming back for future shops!
