I visited the store on November 23rd, which was a Saturday. It was right around noon, and the store had two other girls come in to look at wedding dresses while I was there, but they didnt stay for more than maybe a few minutes, which was great. After my overwhelming experience at Davids Bridal in October, it was wonderful to not feel rushed or claustrophobic. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted and asked about the type and size of dress I was looking for. While my mother and future mother-in-law browsed the racks, the lady who had greeted me brought over several beautiful dresses that were on a rack about to leave the store. They had just moved to their new location and they were still moving stock around. After looking through most of the dresses in my size, I was ready to go to the dressing room. This is what really set them apart from Davids Bridal. My mothers were seated in comfortable arm chairs at the back of the store near a full-length mirror and served gourmet cupcakes and champagne. The lady assisting me took me to the spacious dressing room and helped me get into the first dress that she had picked out for me, a gorgeous gown with an off-the-shoulder neckline, fitted bust, and A-line skirt, covered in delicate lace (I had mentioned I wanted a dress with texture that looked somewhat vintage and had more of an A-line shape). I walked out to show my mothers and look in the mirror, and that was the dress. It was right under $400 and brand new from a different boutique. A similar dress online or at Davids Bridal would have cost closer to $1000. I was helped into several other dresses, most of which I had chosen myself, but the first dress was better than anything I had tried on previously and made me look far better than I ever thought I would in my wedding dress. The best part? My dress was going to be returned to the boutique it came from later that day, and she still took the time to take it out and have me try it on. Going to The Bridal Exchange Boutique was the easiest experience Ive had planning my wedding. Both of the ladies working that day were super helpful and kind, giving me their honest opinions of the dresses I had tried on, letting my mom and future mother-in-law take a million pictures of me in the dresses, and helping me choose the right type and shape of veil to wear with my dream dress. They answered all of our questions and gave us a book of business cards for an amazing alterations lady and various wedding and event services. They even have an excellent assortment of sashes, belts, and headpieces. If youre looking for a store that will treat you really well, even on a budget, The Bridal Exchange Boutique is that store.

For those brides that are tired of: A: Looking for the perfect gown and finding horrible styles with jacked up prices (a.k.a Davids Bridal) or B: Walking into numerous bridal shops that have pretty gowns with jacked up prices and the staff is rude. or C. Driving all the way to a bridal shop and having to leave without trying a single dress on because you have not "made an appointment" and wasted your time and gas. The Bridal Exchange in Woodstock,GA resolved all of these issues for me, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Reene, Tracy and Dominique with a welcoming smile and quick assistance. I am kinda picky but that was not an issue for these three since I had found my gown IN MY SIZE within minutes. I had been to Davids Bridal numerous times and stayed for HOURS trying to find a dress that had: lace, beading, elegance, a train and sexy all-in-one and they failed time after time. I feel like they tried to CONVINCE ME more than attempt to try and help me find my dream dress and make my money worth it. At The Bridal Exchange not only did they find my dream dress and in my size, the prices were 70% LESS than what the other dress shops were charging for dresses that did not even look HALF decent. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful shop, if you want to be treated with respect, feel that your voice is being heard and you dont want to blow a complete hole in your pocket please visit these three, no appointment needed!! And dont even worry about jewelry for your wedding day, ask Dom to help you and he will have you looking amazing! Thank you so much Bridal Exchange! I will be back!! Marisa Chavez

I went here to check out dresses after visiting Davids Bridal. We initially looked at the "regular" dresses and those were a bit out of my price range (though a great value compared to what they would have cost new) - I mentioned this to Renée and she was very understanding so we went to look at the "clearance" dresses. I found quite a few dresses that I liked; I tried on about 6-8 dresses. Renée asked if I wanted help and was polite (and not socially awkward) asking if I was comfortable with her helping me into dresses. After trying those dresses on, I managed to narrow it down to about 3 - and then I called my fiancés little sisters to help make a final decision. I asked how late the shop was open before doing this and she told me however late I needed it to be (come to find out Renée is one of the owners). While waiting for "second opinions" Renée and I chatted - she gave me some information about places in the area that could serve as wedding venues (complete with little stars next to ones that allowed you to provide your own food). By the end of my experience I felt like I had a new friend and I definitely had a lovely wedding dress for $300 :-) Comparing these "clearance" dresses to those at Davids Bridal, these were much nicer (it seems makeup stains are rather common on Davids clearance dresses...)

Since my message was deleted on your facebook I can post here. The only reason I gave you a star is because we bought the dress from you. Here is original post you deleted. It is a shame you cannot delete from here. Very annoyed with experience at this store. Was just in there with a friend to buy a dress and the lake of excitement towards bride is sad. I think a wedding is a special occasion and no matter what someone spends it if they have been in before, you make her feel important. There was no communication except for the snotty lady telling her the price was still the same when she first came in. She came in to buy dress for her special day not get a bad attitude. I do have to say not impressed at all and I hope yAll treat people better from now on. Shouldnt matter what a bride spends on her dress it is an excited thing to buy. My friend put a dress on hold and then had to cancel due to family issues but still can and bought dress from you. Thank you for the horrible experience and I know where I will NOT be shopping for a dress when I get married.

i hardly ever write bad reviews but this place really was bad....I was so hopeful walking in here. Its a consignment shop so I would think they wouldnt be the classic wedding dress sellers who are stuck up. I was wrong :( these women were extremely rude and made it very clear that they hated helping me try on dresses. I found many dresses and had the money to buy them. I just didnt like giving money to someone who was so rude to me. I went to another dress shop, paid half the price and was treated very nicely. These ladies need to learn to smile, take their greasy, smelly food out of the middle of a bridal shop, stop yelling at each other and treat people with respect. This place wont last long in the bridal business. Too many shops are super sweet to new brides to have to visit this one...
