I brought clothes in to be consigned- 2 large boxes. One of the boxes burst open in the store. Not only did the sales people not offer to help while I was struggling with the boxes, but they also didnt offer to help or to allow me to have a bag to get it out of the store when they declined to buy a single item that I brought in. Although the "buyer" said she would take about 25 minutes to review my items, she took less than 10 minutes and could not possibly have looked at all of the items in that timeframe. I was browsing the store during the process, and I noticed several t-shirts and WalMart brands in the store. I was also able to assess the general type of clothing accepted. Much of the clothing I brought in consisted of dresses, and I was able to see what was already in stock. The styles were similar, and all of my items were either new or gently used, and many of them were name brand (as in H&M, not WalMart). I also brought in gently used shoes that had either been worn once or not at all. The shoes I brought in were in much better condition than most of the stock in the store. I find it difficult to believe that my items were even thoroughly reviewed, and I was disappointed at the stock in the store. The staff were eager to offer to "donate" the items for me, but Im sure that they would have been placed in the stock to be sold had I consented to allow that. I was very disappointed in the whole experience, as many of my items were comparable to the store items and yet were declined with less than a 10 minute review.

Wow. I thought coming to Cillies would of been a better experience. The clerk was uneducated about the business. I brought over 100 items that I paid for this year and wanted to see what I can get for it. Everything I had was un worn and fairly new. She told me that she was looking for items that were more "casual." When I looked around the store, items were alot more than casual. They even had items that appeared to be very old. She ended up taking 2 pair of boots ,a few hats, dresses ,and accessories in return for 27 dollars. I traveled all the way there so I took the deal. I would not recommend this store if you have quality clothing to give. Youre better off giving to the Goodwill. Before I left, I asked her what exactly was she was looking to buy, she looked stunned and couldnt think of anything to tell me so the word "casual" came out. Lol I couldnt believe she had no idea what to say to me. She had a guilty look on her face. Overall I felt cheated, and I plan never to come back. Its sucks because this store was recommended to me and it ended up being a total waste of time. Im sure they will make atleast $100 off of my "$27" Stay away!!! Dont waste your time.

Awful service actually there is no customer service. The manager is rude and arrogant just like all the workers. The ladies that I gave my bag of clothes to (40-50 almost brand new things) said my clothes were out of style, and Im sorry but judging from what they were wearing and whats in the store they clearly dont know what styles are in. I wouldnt be leaving this review if it wasnt completely true. There was several other girls trying to sell their clothes some brought in several bags and received absolutely no cash. The clothes they took from me were in my opinion the least nicest things I brought in. I was waiting for about an hour and they didnt tell me my clothes were ready until I asked. They dont go over the offers. And I wouldnt recommend selling your clothes to them or "donating".

So i come to sell my clothing and I was informed that none of my items could not be bought due to the styles. I didnt come thinking all of my clothes would be bought. Some of my items were Gap,Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. I respectfully took my items and will donate to the Goodwill. Half of my items were name brands compared to some of the clothing in the store looking like they were from the 70s. Will never come here again. FOH!

Love this store. I have sold a lot clothes here and get a better price here compared to other stores. Recently purchase a shirt that says need coffee and a whole lot of Jesus shirt. I love it! Love that Cillies has updated styles and clothing with only the top brand names. Recently purchase a coach purse for a great price. Quality of clothes is excellent!! Love this store!!

I love that you can get basic pieces like T-shirts, camis and bralettes for a great price. Always friendly staff and I always find something neat, new or used.
