Bought a Ford Explorer from them in April that required over $400 worth of repairs 3 months later. Then went back to them to get warranty work done on back end of truck. Dropped off the vehicle on Sept 9 and was given a rental van. Didnt hear back from them until Sept 23rd. Went Sept 24 to return rental and get back truck and was told I owe them over $1400 for the rental vehicle despite having a signed note from their business manager expressing a rental free of charge. Kendall Jensen stated they tried to call me on Sept 11 and that is why i am being charged for the rental. Though they REFUSED to give ANY proof of such a call placed and made NO effort to retain their rental before the 23rd. He then refused my carseat for my 3 yr old as well as my personal belongings from the rental and left me and my child stranded in Marshalltown when i was unable to pay their rental fee. They are now STILL holding my FAMILY vehicle hostage until i pay the rental fee and I am now having to hire an attorney to get my vehicle back from them which has caused me to fall behind in the payments on the Truck in question. This place will NOT honor signed documentation nor do they have any qualms with humiliating a mother to tears in front of her child.

Took car in for The Works, oil change, tire rotation, fluids and brakes check, also shuttering in transmission, hesitation, and rattling sound in valves. Dropped car off at 8, went back to check if it was done about 12:30. They hadnt called me. When I went in they had the transmission module reprogrammed and only the oil change, not The Works like I requested. I told them on the phone that I had a coupon. So they took it back in after admitting the mistake. But after I noticed that they rewrote the paperwork they also changed my mileage,. I knew something was wrong when I had recorded 18590 and they wrote 18682. Did they drive my car out of town, 62 miles? Seems questionable, when their mileage in was the same as mileage out. So they told me on the paperwork they test drove it to make sure it wasnt shuttering. Like I said they changed everything from the time I got the original paper and when I got the final bill. Just cause Im a woman dont mean I cant subtract the difference. Ill definitely be making some contacts.

I drove an hour to look at a used car that was in "excellent, ready to go" condition. When I got there, I was shown a car that had dents and missing paint on almost every exterior surface, two broken door handles, a stained, smelly and heavily worn interior, a malfunctioning convertible top, a broken side mirror, and a slipping transmission. For all this they were asking more than kbb retail. At least they were too lazy to try and hide the filthy state of the car by running it throught the wash in the hour they had between when I called and when I arrived. Not recommended.

Took my truck in to have the rocker panel replaced and some paint chips fixed. 1 week after getting the truck back the paint was pealing, which they fixed for free. After they fixed the pealing paint i noticed they neglected to wet sand the painted area leaving drip marks. 1 year after getting the rocker panel replaced they were rusted out and Jensen would not fix it. Horrible body work, find somewhere else.

Great experience! Angel Thurston and the entire Jensen team worked with us extensively to get us in our new truck at a great price! Great customer service from everyone. This is the third vehicle Ive purchased from Jensen over the past 17 years, and well be back when were ready for another upgrade!

Had a friend go in to fix his car. Took awhile for them to find the problem and once they found it they did a good job at fixing the major one but the air conditioning wasnt exactly fixed, I mean I blows air just like it used to but it doesnt heat or cool.
