I recently purchased a vehicle at Redwing Chevrolet and traded in a car. I am not pleased with the transaction and felt compelled to voice my opinion. My wife and I thoroughly researched the Traverses and are pleased with the car so far. However I am very displeased with the trade in price we were given on our trade and the way the trade was handled, especially now that I see that they are currently listing it for, $6,900. The original offer from the salesmen was $2500, which is an insult since they are selling on various sites for between 6k and 9k. We should have left at that point, and I regret not doing so. After spending almost an hour tearing down our car, while avoiding discussing any shortcomings of the Traverse (needs tires, already on its 3rd owner, soft brakes), and leading us to believe that Kelly Blue book was inaccurate on both trade in price and retail, we did begrudgingly agree to $3400 for our trade in. Only to see the car current listing price on their web site is OVER the KBB price. The most upsetting part was the salesmen’s adamant opinion that KBB was “well overpricing” and “very inaccurate” for our trade in after agreeing our trade was in excellent condition. When I brought my concerns up via email, I promptly received a call back from the dealership defending the original deal and trade in price and stating that they had to add $1500 of parts to the car and listed off 2 tires, a bearing, and a battery. I’m not sure where they are buying their parts from, but I hope they were gold plated, in every other shop that’s maybe $400 worth of parts. And again, the salesmen would not address the shortcomings or our new vehicle. While my wife and I do take partial blame for accepting the trade in price, we were both upset over the current retail when out trade in price is taken into account as well as the response to our concerns after the fact. We will not be back to the dealership and will do our best to see that anyone who will listen does the same.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Red Wing Chev and I am very pleased. First of all their website is great and easy to use. You can find out everything you want to know about their vehicles before stopping into the dealer. They even have a free Carfax Report link for their used vehicles. There are plenty of pictures of every part of the car. Basically you have answers to all your questions and can print them out and compare them. All there is left to do is test drive. The sales people are nice and knowledgeable about their inventory. They weren’t high pressure which we all hate. They seem to care about their customers after the sale, in fact I received several calls and emails to see if I was happy with my purchase and that everything was okay with the car. They introduced me to their service manager and told me about the “Pitstop” service where you can stop in and check your tire pressure or top off your washer fluid and stuff like that free of charge. I also got a coupon book with a free oil change and car washes plus discounts on other services they offer. The car prices were pretty good too, probably the first time I didn’t have buyers remorse after buying a car. All in all it was a good experience. I loathe buying a new vehicle but this was pretty relaxed and I will definitely go back for my next purchase.

We set out looking for a specific model of the 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. I had done some searching online and sent some inquiries. My husband I went to Red Wing Chevrolet since they are close to our home and had a vehicle we were interested in. We walked into the dealership and started with Kevin the Sales Manager since he was the one who reached out first. He partnered us with Brett and we started the conversation. We found out the one we were looking at had been dealer traded the night before, things like that seem to happen to us often. We test drove the Colorado Z71 and it is a great truck. We were looking for something with a few less cosmetic options. Brett walked us through the options of the vehicle and was very thorough in doing so which was great! He also walked us through leasing a vehicle to which at first we were leary about . Brett set out to find us the Colorado we wanted, but unfortunately wasnt able to find anything to meet what we were looking for. So they offered us the Z71 that we test drove at the price we were looking for. Brian made the financing part go fast and got the paperwork done very quickly!! Mitch got us all set up with our apps and on our way. Everyone at Red Wing Chevrolet are awesome!!! They helped us through every step of the way and made it so easy!!! We highly recommend them!!

Bought a vehicle from them over 2 years ago and I was still waiting on promised parts (from time of the purchase). Over the past 2 years myself or my husband had contacted them every few months to find out what was going on. Every time we spoke to someone at the dealership it was someone new (they must experience high turnover for their managers). Last manager I spoke with a few months ago he promised us wild tickets that he never delivered on. Called today and FINALLY found someone that really wanted to rectify the situation. Their used car manager Scott cut us a check and even drove it to our home to hand deliver. I think that place could use way more people like him and Brian in their financing department. Even our salesman Bruce continued to sweep it under the rug! Just glad that we finally get to move forward and not wonder when our arm rests are going to be in anymore.

We just completed our purchase of a 2006 Chevy Malibu from Red Wing Chevrolet, and we couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the service or the quality of our new car. Everybody was friendly and helpful, and the sales representative we did business with, Isaac Naatz, was courteous and accommodating during each step of the process. Isaac really enjoys his work and takes his responsibilities very seriously, and we were very fortunate to have the chance to buy a car from someone so professional and committed to good customer service. We would most certainly recommend Red Wing Chevy to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, there is a positive energy about the place that makes it a pleasure to do business there.

My family has purchased all of their used vehicles from this dealership and always been very happy with the process regardless of the salesperson we worked with. One of my favorite things has been discovery of the shuttle service they provide when dropping your vehicle off for servicing - and the fact that they are willing to work with you if you forget regular hours for the service dept. and need a later than normal pick up - thank you!!! Finance department is is better than your standard experience as they are actually pretty open and not terribly pushy when it comes to the extras . We have always felt we knew exactly what and why were spending any additional funds beyond the sticker cost of the vehicle.

I was very pleased with the customer service that we received at Red Wing Chevy. We were driving from a distance to look at a vehicle. I had called that morning to double check the vehicle was still there and talked to Bruce Tesmer. When we got there to test drive he had it pulled up front and ready for us. Bruce was great to work with and knew a lot about the car that we were looking at. He was so helpful and I would recommend him to anyone that is going to Red Wing Chevy to look at a vehicle. Brian helped me with registering it in Wisconsin also which was nice. He also helped with the paperwork and made the experience fun! I give them five stars because the experience was so easy and great!
