DON’T BUY A CAR FROM THEM! This is the most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They sold me a 2007 Chrysler Sebring in “excellent” condition. The test drive went well because I believe the mechanical problems were rigged to stay concealed until well after the sale of the car and heres why I think that. Within hours of purchasing the car, the check engine light came on. I bought the camshaft sensors that caused this light and since it was within 24 hours of the purchase, they had a mechanic put them on. They did not reimburse me for the part nor did they fix the oil leak that I reported at the same time. They said it was a simple issue and just the oil pan gasket needed to be replaced. The mechanic they sent me to never would set up a time to fix it. A long string of issues followed this including the check engine light coming back on the very same day they replaced those sensors. I took it to a private car repair shop. The oil is leaking in several places, but the DUCT TAPE they put over them wouldn’t have been seen without putting the car up on the racks at a professional shop. DUCT TAPE!!!! There was another leak in a much harder to repair/much more expensive place. There was also a major leak in the coolant system. The mechanic told me my car wouldve started over-heating very soon if Id not brought it in when I did. And the struts that they said were just replaced were actually old and rusty. The total amount I will now have to pay to get this car in good, safe driving condition is just over $1,000. The owner, Sherry Wright, didn’t even have the decency to return my call and tell me herself that they WERE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO FIX ANY OF THIS. Id been trying to reach them for a while and she had an employee call for her to let me know. Her son, Rian Wright, was the salesman who told me he personally replaced the struts so he outright lied to me when there was no reason to do so. I wouldnt have asked when the struts were last replaced... These are NOT good people. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! The only good thing that came out of this is that I found a great, honest mechanic that’s very reasonably priced that I will go to from now on for future car repair needs. They are a new repair shop called Stewart’s Automotive. They’re located at 702 N 2nd St in Rogers, AR.

RUN! Run faster... Are you running really fast yet?! Im related to these people and not only did I have the absolute worst vehicle purchasing experience of my life, but it was the last time Ill ever do business with this family member. Not only are they an embarrassment to our family but they are an embarrassment to the auto business as a whole. I got taken for several thousand dollars on a total lemon - I called my family member that owns the place to see if they could help - my discouragement and request for assistance apparently made them so mad they pulled a really dirty rotten filthy trick on me. And because it was all described in their one-sided contract as a tactic that they reserve the right to use on their customers, there wasnt a thing I could do about it. "Oh cuz, this vehicle is going to be just perfect for you. Oh cuz, just let us know if you need anything at all..." I can just hear all the lies and puffing that were told to me when I was making my purchase. But then when the car stopped running altogether and I asked for assistance with the mechanical issues, everything changed, even our familial relationship changed - FOREVER! Has my blood boiling just thinking about it!!! Can I please rate this business a negative score! Sure looks like all the free tanks of gas in-exchange for 5-star reviews is working out well for you cuz Cherie and Heath. Readers, scroll on down towards the bottom and give more weight to the 1-star ratings; in my opinion theyre more indicative of the service and treatment you should expect from this establishment. Just pause for a brief minute and ask yourself a question; if they treat family this poorly, how are they going to treat me? In my opinion, you might be better off heading over to WalMart and purchasing a bike; at least you would know you were buying a dependable ride with warranty. ARE YOU STILL RUNNING! KEEP RUNNING!

HORRIBLE!! I would never refer somebody to buy a vehicle from this place. I went a couple nights ago to get a truck I traded my car in for John said "if for some reason the deal is not funded by the loaner then I will give you your car back. And if I have already sold it I will give you the trade in value we gave you" The deal never got finnalized by the loaner and they already sold my car and they took the truck back leaving me empty handed and said I could walk home they bought back my car from who they sold it to. And refused to give me my car back unless I gave them $300 for it I had to take steps towards starting a lawsuit before they gave it back. And when they gave it back he threatens to have me arrested for hurrasment if I put a bad review on here. They say they want to help you out getting a great(pathetic) deal but if something goes wrong they just try to get you to give them money any way they possible can DONT EVER BUY FROM BUY WRITE!! This is a horrible lying thieving business that seriously need to be put out of business shut down.

They have great cars at great prices, and will work with you no matter your situation or credit score. They sold me a newer vehicle, and my payments were almost $200 cheaper then the vehicle I was currently driving which was 3 years older then the one they put me into. The day after I drove my new vehicle off the lot, it had some mechanical problems. I simply took it back up to them, and they put it on the shop to have it fixed all free of charge to me. They did not have to do this because of it being a used car, however the owner wanted to make sure i had a vehicle that was operating properly to drive. While my vehicle was in the shop they continued to let me drive another vehicle that was on their lot, so that I could make it to and from work. I would recommend this car lot to anyone who is looking to buy an amazing vehicle at a great price. They really did go above and beyond, and actually treated me like family there. I will continue to do business with them everytime I want a new vehicle.

I wish i could give -5 stars this was the worst experience i ever had with a business let alone the people John Gorges is a THEIF. I went and put a down payment on a 2006 BMW 3 series i was offered to let a mechanic look at it before i purchased it when the mechanics looked at i was told to return the car because it was a piece of junk the head gasket was blown along with many other problems for lack of better words that was on a friday i asked for my down payment i hadnt signed any papers at that point i was promised my money back for 3 days i even had to call the police even though it was considered a civil matter i was hoping the officer talked some sense in him... before the officer left he did say these people are criminals and its not his first time being called out there they did finally got the money back....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE PEOPLE THEY ARE CRIMINALS
