Let me just tell ya car salesmen get a bad wrap for a reason, most of them dont care about your story or how they can really help you. They just want to sale ya something and on to the next one. Last week I wrecked and totalled my perfectly good suv that was paid off, so coming in I was not happy about having to replace it with a car payment. Not to mention my credit was sub par to start. I had been to all the other dealers in town, and surrounding areas and been ran through the ringer by all of them for the past week. On top of missing work and time with my kiddo trying to rectify the situation. I pulled into Superior Hyundai just to peek at what they had on the lot (dont let the tiny lot fool ya, they have tons of cars and SUVs in inventory they can access) around 3:30 today, As soon as I met Damon I told him my spill (trying not to waist his time and mine) and he invited me inside to talk more, I knew he wanted to help alleviate some of my worries and stress. He introduced me to the finance manager Charles and with my teeny tiny last bit of patience I explained my situation. In just a few minutes these guys flew into action! They were amazing! Not only to me but bending over backwards to help every other person I saw the crew talk to and heard them speak to on the phone. (Its a small office and Im nosey) . They were patient while I went to pick up my daughter, and while waiting on my boyfriend to get home so he could come sign papers, they entertained me with stories and jokes mostly pointed at Wangle but hes such a good sport! And listened to me whine about the other big name dealerships in town. All the while Charles ,bless his heart, ran multiple numbers and scenarios to get us where we needed to be. I even found out that Damon was working on his day off and missing dinner out with his wife to help me. (if you are his wife and reading this thank you for sharing him today he made a huge difference in our lives and i cant thank you enough... Make him buy you something shiney now ) These guys are the real deal! Genuine people who care about you and stand behind the product they sell Personally and porofessionally. I will not... I repeat: I WILL NOT go anywhere else when its time to buy or trade another vehicle. I will however, send everyone I know to Superior Hyundai! At 7pm tonight, just 3.5 hours later, we were pulling out in our new 2016 Tucson which is exactly the vehicle we wanted and at the price and payments we asked for! I cant say enough amazing things for these folks except tell ya they should of been my FIRST STOP and that would of saved me so much time, stress and rental car money! Thanks so much to Damon Edkins, Charles McGrew and their GM Mr. LaRue (I spelled it correctly)! Now to take this little SUV on an adventure

We purchased our 2011 Elantra here, and I cant say it would be possible to be more pleased. As said in another review, it didnt even feel like we were buying a car. Were young and just starting out, we hadnt had much time to build credit yet. We had been car searching all day, looking at old car to old car thinking we were going to be stuck with something with 200,000 miles when we finally stopped at Hyundai Superior and they saved us. They gave us an excellent deal that we can smoothly afford, our sales rep, Jeremy Hess, was very accommodating and helpful and overall it was a great experience. Before we were approved for financing, our two year old ended up with a Nurses Sprain and we had to leave to visit the Dr. to put it back in place. They held the car for us so it wouldnt be sold to someone else, prepared the paperwork for us and kept us up to date on the progress as we waited at the doctors office. The vehicle is awesome, we love the Elantras MPG and space, what looks like a small car on the outside surprisingly has plenty of foot space and amazing trunk space. We typically get 33mpg in the city and ran around 40 on the interstate, depending on which state we were in at the time. Two weeks after purchasing it we drove a twenty hour drive to Phoenix AZ to relocate to a new AFB, we were comfortable the entire time even with all of our basic home essentials packed in the car with us. We love the car and we loved our experience with Hyundai Superior, would certainly plan to purchase from them again when visiting the AR family in the future.

I did a lot of research before buying my Sonata. I priced it out online in several places with the options I wanted, and here were the results for a fair purchase price: Edmunds $29,649 hyundai $28,820 kbb $28,128 usaa $27,738 aolautos $28,195 After doing all this, I felt prepared to walk into a dealership and negotiate. However, after going in and talking to Mr. Jeremy Hess (who was very personable and responded to my emails quickly) gave me the following price right off the bat: Conway dealer price: $26,915 I was skeptical at first. Everything I read said that this was an unbelievable price for what I wanted, but he told me that it was exactly what I would pay, delivery fee included. I certainly expected other fees to be tacked on at the last minute, and I would have been a little disappointed if that had happened, but it DIDNT. I paid that exact price, and they worked out the financing with me in order to save me the maximum amount. Their process was transparent, their staff was kind, and I honestly had a difficult time believing that I was buying a car- it was a great experience. Apparently, Mr. Hess and the team at Superior Hyundai in Conway do business by selling a LOT of cars, at a very low price, and making it a hassle-free experience. I drove up from Little Rock to go see them- Im incredibly glad I did. I recommend them to everyone. This is what buying a car should be.

I absolutely cannot stand car shopping and do not like dealing with car sales people. That was until my experience with this dealership and the crew there. After searching for a car for almost 2 years we ended up at Superior Hyundai today (and a Hyundai was not on our mind at all). We have purchased 6 cars in the last 8 years and I have to say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience that we have had. EVERY single person at this dealership delivered TOP NOTCH customer service (which I am a stickler for). They were AMAZING! They respected the fact that we knew what we wanted, that we were were dead set on what we were going to pay as well as, the fact that we already had our financing worked out. There was not one ounce of car sales pushiness. I actually enjoyed working with them. I am sure we will be shopping for another car sooner than later and we will start and hopefully end our search with Superior. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Superior Hyundai in Conway....ask for Missy and/or Jeremiah. As long as they are selling vehicles they will have us as customers. Superiors service is Superior.
