Ive heard many great things about Hagens for years being a central Arkansas native for 56 years. Made the drive from North Little Rock approx. 4 weeks ago on a Jeep. James Winters helped me. He was very knowledgeable on the entire aspect of "everything". I felt so bad he invested all that time. Unfortunately I had 1 credit problem I had no ideal about. Just as soon as I straighten it out. I will definitely be back. I will say in all my years of purchasing vehicles, James was one of the most friendliest knowledgeable sales person Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you James. Ill be seeing you soon.

I bought a new truck from them and had a blow out after 6000 miles. The only response i got from service department was "we dont cover tires." I emailed the the dealership a couple of times and they never responded. Great customer service or caring about the customer, I think not!!! I would recommend buying anywhere but here.

Ive bought seven vehicles from Hagans over the years. Never got hassled by the sales guys, and always got the lowest price over the Little Rock dealerships. BUT, the biggest factor was that Hagans ALWAYS took care of me if I had a problem. I dont even bother going to other dealerships now.
