They lost my business for good. They sold me a car and told me that I had up to a month to decide on buying a warranty. When I called the day I drove it off the lot, saying it was accelerating slowly and that the check engine came on, they said no problem we can give you the warranty and get you fixed up. They recommended that I take it to a shop and have it looked at. When I did, the shop said it was most likely transmission and to have a dealer look at it. When I called them and told them Id be in for the warranty that afternoon, they agreed and said no problem. I then showed up and they were turning lights off getting ready to leave an hour and a half before they were supposed to close. They treated me like an after thought and they said they wouldnt sell me the warranty because they had told the warranty company it needed a new transmission which caused them to deny us a warranty on the car. So, in short, we have paid $5000 on a car that most likely needs transmission repair and we have zero help now in getting those repairs. When you buy a used car and you are offered a warranty, take it that day, even if they say you have time to think it over. Especially with this place in particular that sells cars that have immediate issues.

I am glad that I found a website on this place so I can give my insight. I wouldnt buy a tricycle from these people. They are crooks. About three years ago I had hit hard times and needed a new vehicle. I bought a orange colored sunfire from them. I am sure that they would remember it well even having been three years. I say this because it must have taken some time and effort to glue the car pieces together as after about a months time became apparent. The airbag cover on the dash and steering wheel started to separate after a months time showing clear evidence of the clear residue of glue. The button for one of the Windows just fell off while I was rolling it down. One day going down the road, the back seat just falls in the floorboards when I hit the breaks. It would not latch correctly. I could go on and on, but you pretty much have the idea. I give you a fair warning about this company.

I bought my car 2 years ago when I bought it none of my windows worked and the windshield wiper on the drivers side was messed up slapping the driver side door window and the fluid pump didnt spray fluid even when full. The car kept overheating and when put into drive only on occasion would it drive took it to the mechanic, the mechanic said someone had put radiator sealant in it. He was kind enough to say they would pay half and he had a lot going on. I went ahead and took it to my mechanic and had the radiator repaired, my mechanic also told me it needed a new transmission. So it has been 2 years and those windows would be fixed.... went back and im still waiting on the phone call and those things are still not fixed (wiper, fluid pump, 4 windows) thank you

It took over a month of calling to get a promised repair completed after we bought a minivan. The work was finally done after leaving a negative review so I am amending this to reflect that.

Very rude and dont follow alot of rules. They sold us a car that had a broken windshield wiper which is against he in Arkansas.
