Im never that person that wants to write a bad review, but I have no choice here. I called this dealership up a few months back. I was in the market for a newer used vehicle and didnt quite have the best credit. So, I filled out the app, picked out a car that was over 7 years old with higher mileage, but still looked nice and reliable. Told the sales lady what I could put down and what payments I could do. She calls me back and says she is going to need $8,000 down because of my credit. I wasnt so sure about that and told her I couldnt do that much. Obviously out conversation was over. I called another dealership shortly after who financed with the same people and who do similar things as M&D. They ran my credit and called me back within a few minutes and told me I was approved for any car on their lot. Picked out a car 4 years newer than what M&D had, lower miles, and even paid my sales tax too with $2,500 down and my payment was mid 300s which was fine. Long story short; they spent as little time possible with me, and never gave me any other options. I wanted M&D to be my go to dealer, but after my experience, I would not do business or try business again. Im sorry, its the truth.

IM STILL STRESSING OVER MY CAR REGISTRATION AND STILL NO PLATE.. I GOT MY CAR 8mos AGO!! They handed me a titled that wasnt filled out correctly.. 3mos after I got the car! And very time I called I could never talk to a manager only leave a msg. They NEVER apologized or acknowledged their mistake. A star for sales man Nick, the only person with good customer service. And the other star for leaving with a car the same day.

M&D auto sales is the best place to go get a car they help me take out my car and the staff is wonderful and so helpfull I would really recommend this place to go get a car... I will come back.

They really asking $8,500 down. I know people credit can be bad but thats to much. Im going to Landers and I bet I come out with a better car and later model. Smh. This just sad.
