I had a problem with a rude sales associate in the shoe department, so I wrote an e-mail to customer service because this has never happened to me. They called immediately and were so helpful with the situation and even gave me a discount on the shoes. The discount was very nice but I mostly wanted to contact customer service because I wanted to know the Policy for the situation and I have never had this experience before. Truly amazed with their customer service.

First time in Von Maur today and upon entering was very pleasantly surprised! The mens section was small, but actually pretty impressive. Only place Ive been able to find ecco shoes. Good womens shoe selection. Nice clothing selection (from a dudes perspective) and the ambiance is heightened by the pianist in the middle of the store. Great spot for a little nicer stuff - very reminiscent of smaller Nordstrom in ambiance and selection. Worth trying out!

Many stores have forgotten the importance of good customer service. Von Maur is not one of these! Their employees are always so courteous and helpful. I love that they have free wrapping and will even mail your gift for you at no charge! An especially big shout-out to Bethany for her excellent care.
