My friends and I were at Walmart one day just trying to buy oil for my car and other necessities and the big top dog guy was harassing my friends and I. He followed us around the store and even walked next to us telling us how "disruptive" we were being, when other people were being way louder than us. My friends and I went to the skin care/ lotion section and my friend asked a simple question to me about a face mask and that guy came up to us and told us to leave because we were being "disruptive." We were trying to buy things so of course we werent going to leave because one we were trying to buy things and two we werent even being loud. He even threatened to call the cops just because my one friend asked why we had to leave. Seriously Walmart in Rice Lake, that is bull crap, I have shopped and still shop there because it is the only one close to where I live. I just find it ridiculous why we had to leave when we werent even being loud or running around the store.

They have changed displays, better merchandie, great prices. Meat dept. Is actually great now. Fresh vegetables and selections. No long lines with these people in yellow telling you where shortest line is located or an empty LANE. Employees smiling, except for some suprs and manager. Need to arrange breaks better in customer service. VERY long lines. Supr. Or mgr, See it and look away or help one person. Everyone cant take breaks at one time and shift rotation for same dept. Needs to be addressed so more than one person is behind counter. Sometimes they are slow, but 2 people should always be there. And when they get busy they dont ask for help. Suprs and mgrs. should be keeping an eye out for this. I live at walmart, love it except for the above mentioned. Smiles more sincere smiles. That includes greeters!

I HATE this Walmart, most employees are so unprofessional and rude, that is if you can even find anyone when you need help. I always work late and struggle to find anyone to get into a fitting room, tonight I was told it was too late (it was a little after 9pm) and there was nothing they could do about letting me into a room.... "They close at 9" I think they should at least have that posted by the rooms if they are actually going to close them at a certain time.. Then she asked me to put the clothes back because I said I didnt want them if I couldnt try them on...

Great place to shop with inconvenient location, provides best outcome for finding what you are looking for. But on the dark side, they imped on others roles and is proven in performance when you need to find best time and people for results. They look past the obvious concerns of customers and employees to help keep what they have now. Well rounded nice place to work though, if you are not caught in conversation or looking to help. Its new foundation needs work of course, but who dont like going to Walmart to find everything right?

Not much to say, Its just your average Walmart. I have never had a problem with the employees (The managers on the other hand, at least some, arent very professional and have been known to miss treat the employees) , the selection in items is just okay. A bit of warning though, they mark down there clothing sized in the womens section a lot. So, dont be surprised if you have to take back an item to exchange it for one 3 sizes larger.

Bad bad. I get it is a holiday weekend but the shelves were very empty. Bad planning for a busy weekend on your part.y cashies michelle...a bigger woman was sitting on her stool ringing me up. She did not attempt to movemy larger items (charcoal) just scanned. Nor did i get any greeting or a thank you after spending $120.00 i think thats the least she could do. Very dissapointed with walmart.

Ordered online for in store pick up. Not only did I have to wait 18 minutes for someone to come help me, but they refused to honor the online price. So I drove 15 minutes, stood waiting for help for 18 minutes, and left without the merchandise I ordered and already paid for. Now I have to wait 4-5 business days for my money back because they said it was an error.

I like that this place has many self checkout lanes. They appear to have a good checkout lanes to customer ratio making it easy to get in and out quickly. The store is always clean and shelves I go to well stocked usually. Sometimes the 2L pops or Frozen pizzas are picked over in the evenings on the weekends. Especially if either are on sale.

They should have a better selection of clothing for preteens. I noticed that the boys clothing or mens clothing is all there is theres nothing in between. Thats kind of weird for Super Walmart. At least at this one I didnt see five shopping carts full of produce sitting all day that needed to be put back on the Shelf contaminating people.

I shop here all the time but sometimes they need to open more checkouts. And I wish they would tell customers about how unsafe it is to put baby carriers in the tops of carts. They have special carts just for the carriers. But I still see people being unsafe. They stop and ask kids to sit down Im carts so why cant they help babies too?

It is at Walmart not much to say otherwise except for that it is staffed with locals from Rice Lake who are typically a little more friendly and outgoing then you might find in southern Wisconsin so if I was traveling north cross state I am a bypass eauclaire for example and stop at Rice Lake instead because of this

Terrible customer service. Waited over 15 minutes back by the vacuum cleaner section for an associate to show up after the customer service desk paiged them to assist me. Nobody showed up. Went back to the customer service desk and the young lady at the desk and the assistant manager ended up helping me.

Shopping selection is good but.... Never enough lanes open, especially when it is crazy busy. Also, sometimes its hard to get help because the staff is not always available. Produce is quality though and prices are pretty good. Its a good all around convenience stop when shopping

Never enough cashiers for the amount of people waiting to be checked out. Often I see managers and employees standing around in a group hanging out chatting while long lines of costumers are waiting to check out. What happened to customer service?? So disappointing!

I actually hate going in Walmart, but our area is small enough there arent a lot of options. The aisles are crowded, the product I want is sold out half the time, they constantly rearrange the store, and there are never enough cashiers on hand.

Why does any Walmart have open beer coolers??? Beer should be kept in enclosed coolers. And stop being so cheap and hire more people to run more cash registers...what is the point of having all those lanes if only a couple are open????

Not very good only one at deli counter, took 25 minutes to get cheese, meat and potato salad. Pretty sad when its a holiday weekend and you know it is going to be crowded with vacation in family and no help
