Not sure where all the good reviews came from. Staff was non existent, and when I finally tracked someone down to ask where something was the girl just pointed in one direction, didnt take me there or explain exactly where is was located and she did this just to go talk and giggle with her friends, not because she was already helping another customer. The checkout gal barely said a word. And even though there was a very long line she never called for backup. I used to work at two different TSC locations, not this one, and I know sometimes its only two people working and there is always tons to do. But still when you have a line that long and a customer trying to return and exchange a cartful or different things you need to call for backup. Especially when other girl is just chatting with her friends.

Bought one of my pellet stoves from them. Customer service was great! The lady who helped me pick it out was knowledgeable and the gentleman that helped get it on the truck was great also! Price was decent.
