I walked in not realizing your store was only open until 9:00, I though you were open until 10:00 due to the fact there were a lot of cars in the parking lot and people into store and people out front. Nevertheless, it was 9:00 and the older lady who was working the cash register so rudly & abruptly stopped me (with guest in her line!) and said "MISS! Excuse me Miss, were closed! You will have to come back tomorrow." I said oh Im sorry. I didnt know. Im sorry. And again she is HATEFUL and says "store hours are CLEARLY posted on the door!" Well thats great! Thank you very much to the jerk who was working at Warsaw Indiana Pet Smart. I can honestly say I would rather deal with the jerks at Walmart! This is very sad! I am very disappointed in the service I received.

Very overpriced find a lot of things Im looking for but go to Wal-Mart instead because its more affordable. My daughter gets very upset about the cats their cages stunk and there was poop coming out of the liter boxes plus flies. We asked to go in and pet the cats they said "are you adopting" and we said maybe but we like to interact to know and they said not if we werent adopting. I will say the staff is very friendly and very helpful so thats a plus other then our cat experience.

I took my dog to get bathed and groomed and will never go back. Two of the employees acted as if they had never seen an excited puppy. Not to mention he didnt even get his haircut and still had to pay $66. Also, when I picked him up the same employees were very rude making comments about my dog. I dont recommend taking your dogs here.

Everything is over priced and there grooming takes way longer then they estimate. There should be a finish time guarntee or money off. Dont make plans for the because theyll ruin them.
