I had two baby turtles for about two months and i decided to get a sucker fish and two snails to help keep the tank clean and one day later the fish died i started to notice that the turtles werent eating or moving much but i didnt really think anything of it so the next day i decided to get another sucker fish and a gold fish and the very next day they both died and both of my turtles are dead now. When i asked if i should get a certain kind of fish they said not to because they had ick and would give it to the turtles but the others would be fine, they were wrong. Also when i was there i witness them cleaning all of the dead fish and there was about 30 and it was the second time they did it that day as i over heard them say. When they got my first sucker fish, the lady had picked it up with her hand instead of using a net, which is very bad for the fish, because it was easier. Bad service, bad management, and bad products. I have downloaded this app and made an account to let people know not to go to this pet store because there pets could die, even if you didnt get your pet from there. I will NEVER GO BACK and ask you not to go either, you dont want to kill your pets. This is by far the worst pet store i have been too and it seems all the animals are sick. I suggest that you go a little farther down the road to pet smart which has great service, great prices, great management, and great products. So to make my point i have spent the time to do all these things to warn people to NOT GO HERE! The place should be shut down. I hope you find my review helpful

They were amazing at helping me find toys for my power chewers! I got the green Kong squeak toy and after maybe 30 mins of being home, she destroyed it. I called them back just to tell them hey, not strong enough if anyone else has my problem try a different toy. They ended up telling me to bring it in for another!!! Thanks guys, great customer service and definitely continuing business with them for a long time!!!

Multiple staff members asked if I needed help, gave me great advice and knowledge, and truly made me feel welcome and like they cared about my dogs and me as a customer. I love this place! they have some really good sales on cat litter and dog food if you get there coupons and flyers in the mail. always really clean. super friendly staff.
