I spent $110 on a bunch of stuff for my puppy and two things I got didnt fit him. And the next day i took the items back still in rapper unused because the items clearly were too small. Together the two items cost $45 before taxes and they only gave me $30 back and i bought them less then 24 hours before returning them. So in the end i paid for one of the items and gave it back brand new unopened in package and received nothing for it. I at least should have got in store credit. I will not recommend the Feeder Supply in Shepherdsville to any of my friends because I fill like they stole from me.

The staff was very friendly and offered advice and experience with their cat products. They went above and beyond to make sure our visit was successful and we had everything we needed. They even called another store to see if they had a few items in stock because they had run out. Im very impressed with this company and their dedication to animal nutrition and well being. Two thumbs up. Youve earned a new, loyal customer. Excellent, friendly, qualified customer support. Not to mention their repeaters program is quite impressive as was their selection and pricing.

Came here to give my pup a bath. Very limited selection of shampoo to use. Very basic tools no nail clippers. Blow dryer wasnt very forceful. Should have brought own supplies from home as I used to groom pups as my occupation.
