I took my dog to be groomed and it was an exceptionally bad experience. Jasmine was our groomer and from the minute we walked in I knew that I should not have left my dog there. When she checked us in she was not friendly to either me or my disabled daughter, so I was definitely somewhat uncomfortable leaving her there but I thought it might have been my imagination. My dog, who is 7 years old does not like baths and didnt want to go with the groomer and so I offered to help get her inside. Jasmine let me know that wasnt allowed and at first she tightened her collar and attempted to pull her back into the grooming station but when that didnt work she just grabbed her from behind and picked her up. Even my daughter knew this was bad and said "No, no shes seven, we dont pick her up like that". The woman just said "I know shes seven" and carried her back. She really did need a bath and once shes back there she usually does fine so I thought it would be okay but it turned out it was not. When came to take her home Jasmine told us all about how three people held down my dog and how they eventually resorted to using a muzzle. Our dog has been with us for five years and she has never once tried to bite anyone, so I think she would have to have been under an awful lot of stress. I have noticed that even now an hour later breathing is still somewhat heavy and even with petting she is whining softly every couple of minutes. I generally try to refrain from leaving bad reviews but this was so bad that I really think other pet owners should be informed of the environment before they take their pets there. Update: Later that night when I went to scratch my dogs belly I found that it was covered in bruises. Do not take your dog here.

Was in store 3 times on Sunday 6/11/17 many cats up for adoption. 2 different companies had cats there. The cats in the normal area seem to be well takin care of,food in bowels water too. But the cats in the isle were from another agency. There cages were filthy the litter boxes where full I had to get help from an employee five cages had no water he was a nice young man he filled a water can but then was called away. So I went to work filled all the water bowls and when he returned we went to work feeling the food bowls most of them were empty. Not sure who I blame for these conditions. But it left me feeling pretty helpless. Its a difficult problem trying to find a home for all our furry friends so they arent put down at a killing shelter.

Excellent deals on buy 4 fish get 2 free RIGHT NOW! only problem is the gal tried to skip the 2 free fish part on me, and was annoyed with her shift, playing catch with cichlid fish isnt fun i know its a simple part of get a bigger net not a minnow net?! she was young long blond hair and the hair fit the stereotype lets just say ditsy, not friendly vibe (i wasnt asking her anything by the way just making my choices on fish) also me and my girl heard her talking to her coworker about customers that just left and i am not repeating that publicly, usually a great experience just need to hire more knowledgeable staff maybe with some maturity seemed like a bunch of kids running a store and I am only 25

I wouldnt even give a review. The first time I took my babies there to get groomed they was fine. The second time was a bad experience they was very rude and I had to rebath my dog at Midnight because he was dirty and stunk. I wouldnt recommend anybody to take there mouse to get groomed here. And supposedly loose your paperwork more than once and stress you and your dogs both out. Just remember the customer is always right but not in there eyes. They make you feel like dirt beneath there shoes. Also it is a really bad nightmare

Only sales staff around was the clerk. Didnt have the food I purchase there every month, when I asked the clerk about it she just said if its not there then we dont have it and that she was the only one around and couldnt help me. I left without the food and no choices offered. Still not one other employee to be seen, things are definitely in VERY POOR conditions,so sad.... Later that day I called and was on hold for several minutes and was told, nope we dont have that,you can call back tomorrow and special order it.

The adoptable cats were living in filthy cages. Litter and food everywhere with dirty dirty water. I watched one struggle to find a clean space to use the restroom because the litter box was so full of poop. I come in here weekly to purchase dog food and its sad to see the employees responsible for these sweet babies not taking their job too seriously. Unfortunately the cats suffer because of it

i bought a cat here about a month and a half ago and hes been pooping blood sense the day I brought him home and the store had him for 4 days before I adopted him so its not like they didnt know about it but they sure didnt mention it when I bought him and I his paper work back and asked what it might be and got no feedback they just gave me a number for a vet not even an apology

I received a coupon in the mail for a free bag of either dog food or cat food. Went to get the cat food for the biggest bag that I was allowed which was 4.5lb and you only have one brand that comes in that size. Really it could have been up to 5lb more to come from. Thank you

Prices are to high on things, I got my cat and chinchilla here and both times they argued with me that I HAD to buy a cage or I wasnt taking my animal with me. I got the cages but i wasnt happy with them about that, other than that they are decent.
