"Grade A Service as Always!" Or at least I wish I could say that about this branch. But when it takes literally 2-and-a-half hours to pickup an item thats barely 30 feet from the pickup desk, thats pushing it. But sure enough, the small package of small bubble mailers took quite a bit to make that journey. When I went in about 2 hours after I ordered them, the pickup crew had gone on break and no one was willing to make the harrowing journey to office supplies to get me the envelopes then. No, I was expected to return later, when the crew was back from break...an hour later. At another point, I was using the ever helpful app Flipp to save a little money on buying ads, when I noticed a store that I loathe considerably more than Walmart had Toilet Paper at a great price. I had to jump upon the opportunity, so I ventured into Walmart to get a package. The difference wasnt even a dollar, but it was 98 cents I could put towards other things. I brought it up, showed the cashier the ad, and she asked me to wait while she fetched her paper copy. She barely thumbed through the thing, complained that she couldnt find it, but Walmart wasnt allowed to pricematch ads on phones. Never-you-mind the fact that with Flipp I can show the stores that the ad applies to, as well as the effective dates, which meets all of the corporate standards. Her complaining was so annoying that I almost considered going to the other store next time.... Almost.

Went for an oil change at the tire center and was told the wait would be approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Not a big deal, I had some time I could kill. Walked to Kroger across the street to pick up some things and went back to pick up my car, it hadnt even been pulled back yet and itd been an hour then. Waited in their waiting room for an additional hour before my car was ready to go. When I asked about why it took so long, the guy told me condescendingly that they were busy. When I pulled in, there were maybe 2-3 cars outside. Not sure Id call that busy. Made me mad because I had plans for the evening that I had to postpone because they took so long. Also, while I was driving home, my hood kept flopping around a little bit. I get out and look. They hadnt even made sure to check that the hood was latched shut. I will not be going back to this Walmart to do anything car related.

My wife and I had a cart full of groceries, in the cart was alcohol. I had my i.d., i am 40, my wife who is 35 and our two children were with us. They refused to sell the alcohol because my wife had no i.d.. I then briefly quizzed the lady while waiting for the manager if it was just me and my 15 year old if I could have bought alcohol, she said no, I then asked how about my 4 year old, she said she didnt know but assumed the same policy would apply. How idiotic is this, and to top it all off the manager who looked barely old enough to but alcohol himself confirmed the ridiculous policy. Needless to say we walked and went to Krogers, no issues whatsoever and they actually had the tea we wanted.

The beverage refrigerator was covered in mold when I went to grab a drink by the self checkout center. I alerted the cashier and she said its PepsiCo responsibility. She said shed discuss it with a manager and that was about the extent of that. Fast forward to me coming home opening up a container of macaroni salad and finding that it was rancid. Ill be taking my business to Meijer from now on, their stores are half the price and is cleaner.

The cashier was unbelievable. I was buying alcohol using my international ID because I dont have an American driving license. The cashier refused to accept the id because its not an American ID! Are you kidding me? Do you how many foreigners are in this country and not everyone has an American driving license? I have used my international ID everywhere and never had a problem except here.

I went to to get 2 items and it took only minutes to find it took a whole hour to be rung up and then I had to wait to leave in line for the door greeter to rifle through my items like I was a theif. The greeter was slow hence the line and was rude because she demanded I stop leaving so she could check my receipt even though there were 4 other people trying to leave. It was obsurd.

The automotive department at this location is deplorable. I came because I thought it would be more convenient to get an oil change while I was shopping instead of doing it myself as I usually do. The employees were very short with me and pointedly ignored me while I waited for over fifteen minutes. I could have done it myself in the time that I had to wait. Very disappointed.

Always have interesting things to see in the garden center.. Christmas sections.. love seasonal stuff always find something new for housewares. Prices are good Looking for help is a hassle employees arent always kind. But its a big box store . Sacrifice price over service and check out lines are usually long. But I know its like that and deal with it..

Shopping on Sunday eve around 7 to 8:00pm. Only three Regs opened. My wife was in line realized she has forgot dog food, a lady was in line in front of her, my wife left the line went and got the pet food needed and returned behind the same lady still in line to be checked out. This not right way to do business.

Cash registers are like lines at kings island.....sometimes trying to get somebody to help you is impossible nobody knows anything they would rather tell you no or I dont know then let me find out the solution to your problem....wish they were better but I would rather go to meijer store up north.

Always has fresh food and friendly people that are ready and willing to help you out. And of course with this still being ki d of small town you usually see people you know so sometimes that is a plus as well . Friendly people with friendly smiles for everyone.

We waited in checkout line for 30 mins. Only two cash registers open lines of people were extremely long and when asked to open another register i was informed they could not .would also not call manager up front . Ill take my business somewhere else..

Took my girlfriend and I am hour and a half just to return a radio and get another one. We went through three managers just to get keys for the radio room. Terrible service. If you know your going to need help with something I would go somewhere else

Took my truck into the service department to have a tire changed. It took 2 hours to change one tire, the tech took my truck for a joyride around the store, and was then told we could have a road warranty because our truck was for commercial use.

I literally live 5 minutes away, walking distance, I shop there because its convenient and the savings catcher program helps me save even more money,, my only problem with Walmart is that they have a lot of extremely rude employees !
