Yesterday August 24th I was falsely accused of shoplifting after 2 walmart associates and 1 manger helped me in the selfcheck out. I walked out and a mystery shopper manager lady stopped asking me to see my receipt after she had one of the associates that helped me check out ask me if a scanned a certain item. The other associate answered the girl saying that he helped me and the mystery secret shopper lady still stopped me embarrassing me as everyone was coming in and out as if im a thief. She claim she didnt see the dishes on my receipt and i told her it was the last item i scanned and pointed the item out to her on the receipt her and the manager that helped me in the first place took me back to the back by the register and told the guy who also helped me check out to scan my receipt and the dishes. When they found out it was on my receipt like i pointed out they gone say here you go you are free to go. When i told her she acting like im a thief she gone claim she wanted to price check a item. Thats not what you said when you first stopped me. Not only did they waste my time they was wrong. I feel like i was racially profiled, discriminated against , and it hurt me because walmart use to be my favorite store. I returned every item i bought and called corporate. This is not over they where wrong. How many other people has this happened to.

Just turned in my car to have the tires rotated and the air checked and filled as necessary. I got the work sheet stating that they couldnt get the lug nuts loos so they didnt do it. What bothers me is that my job is that of a safety compliance officer for the state and I take any type of safety issues serious. That is why I was alarmed that the sheet also stated the air was check when i know for sure it wasnt because the tire was visibly low. I then asked on of the guys to show me how the gor the valve cover cap off when the Volvo mechanic or myself with channel lock plyers couldnt get the cap to budge. One of the employees then tried and could get it to move at all. He then said the computer prints out that it was check even if they cant. I was thinking if it was my wife or daughter they would have thought everything was goog and safe when in fact the opposite. Enough said. I would have liked it so much better if you couldnt check it or fill it just say you couldnt dont falsify results....Im still a little pissed that they took the safety of their customers so lightly. I guess they saw my Military Handicap tag and all my tank unit decals on the back windows I should be able to handle the front tire blowing out on I-64 which is the road I was going to take to the other side of town.

The male night manager is absolutely awful. I called to ask if they could save me a box from unloading freight and while I was describing what I needed he rudely cut me off and said they dont save boxes. I tried explaining that I wasnt able to come in and multiple other managers informed me that I could call the store at night and they would save me any size box I needed but before I could finish he cut me off again by raising his voice and repeating they dont save boxes. Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ive never had the need to complain, staff and service is usually top notch, but I after spending half an hour on the phone and being transferred to 3 different departments that have nothing to do with what im calling about, and being disconnected 4 times I believe there is either an issue with your phone lines or training on how to transfer customers to the appropriate department is needed.

Walmart number to on my trip first time that a price match guarantee was held up myWalmart from a competitor with my cell phone product was originally $400 product was originally $400 your competitor 24 miles down the road had the same exact product for 240 dollars thank you very much for keeping the word that the commercial says that you will match the price is of your competitors

This is the worst place to shop. Their customer service (credit card department) has a call center where no one speaks English and you are trapped in a loop of transfers. The store itself has rude staff, they are understaffed, there is always some sketchy human being in trouble in the parking lot and its not safe to be there after 6pm.

Need help? Good luck. Multiple clueless younger employees that stare at you when you ask a question or looking for something. Hilarious when you find the item in the aisle they were stocking and they just stare at you before they walk away. Better off going to Kroger for produce thats on sale or any meat deal.

My local Walmart. Im always amazed at what you can find at Walmart. Ice cream, shaving cream, sour cream, face cream, mouth wash, body wash, washcloths, dish cloths, dish soap, laundry soap, leather soap, hand soap, hand warmers, hand sanitizer, and of course sleeping bags. Four stars! Ill be back.

Terrible! All the time! Never can find an associate to help with anything & the lines are Always very long. All the registers they have and only a few lanes open at any given time! Very frustrating. I could understand if this was an occasional occurrence, but this is 95% of the time!

About the only way you will ever get checked out as if you go to the self-serve. Unfortunately, they never have enough registers open. It is always so hard to find somebody to help me throughout the store. Usually have to Google something on my phone just to get a question answered.

There are some things you have to go to Wal-Mart for, unfortunately things move around a lot and can be difficult to find at times. If this is not your regular store, you will be fine, but as a regular, dont expect products to be where the were the last time you shipped.

The tire center sucks poor customer service and very rude, tried ripping me off on tires. They dont deserve a one star so I give them a -1 star and called the BBB as well. The tech manager straight up rude and they wont ever get my business again

Dirty store, usually one or two checkout lanes open in the entire store, poor management, unclean, impossible to get assistance. The parking lot looks like a truck stop. Numerous semi trucks parked out front taking a lot of parking spaces.

I do almost all my shopping at WalMart in Frankfort. My only complaint is that there is no Ecto Cooler yet! And I hate the self checkout...I go later at night due to work schedule and checking out all my groceries myself is silly!

I would just like to thank an employee by the name of Connie. She tried to get someone to help me in the fabric department. When no one showed up she came over and measured and cut the fabric for me. Thanks very much Connie!

Pharmacy people are on point called in a refill with 15min til they closed and was there to pick it up with 2 min to spare they had everything done and waiting and the few others I dealt with were awesome.....top marks people
