DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with computer repair. I needed a virus removed from my computer and I made it clear when I went in Thursday I could not drop this computer off unless my computer would be ready by Monday. I was told it would be ready Saturday; worst case scenario Monday morning. Come to find out Avie Pros was CLOSED on Monday. I called to express my concerns Tuesday morning. I was told the person working on my computer would be in at 11am. 1:30pm rolls around and all I got was "he hasnt showed up and I dont know when he will be here" the staff is rude and kept interrupting me and told me they dont know when it will be ready. They tried to keep my computer charger and told me I didnt drop one off with my computer (AND I DID) TAKE YOUR COMPUTER ELSEWHERE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

I was referred to them by a co-worker and man, was he right! These folks are fantastic! Fast and courteous service along with great prices. Service was quick and efficient and the staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Im not an easy person to please but I found that this transaction was simple, easy and I will definitely return for any future service needs and refer my friends to them!

I was told my iPad would be ready in 24-48 hours and when I went to pick it up at the end of the 48 hours I was told they would need additional time and the 48 hour window "wasnt set in stone" when I asked why they say 24-48 hours I was very rudely told my iPad would be waiting for me at the front counter for me to pick up unfixed.

Slooow. To make a long story short, they had my laptop for almost a month to fix one thing. Was told the issue would be fixed in a week. A week turned into 6. After all the lies and runaround, i got my laptop back after nearly 6 weeks. They did fix that problem but now it runs worse that before I took it in.

Took in an smartphone that was experiencing one issue. By time AVie was done with the "repair" it no longer powered on. Phone was rendered completely useless. Never once received a call from the store. Any communication was initiated by me calling them.

Very professional and fast. Saved me a ton of money fixing my 6 plus screen. Whats even better is that it came with a one year warranty if it starts messing up free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a phone screen replaced.

I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6s. They fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. The touch on the new screen wasnt working quite right and they replaced it without any issue. Everything is working fine now. I will return.
