I do not enjoy going to this store. Why cant they train their cashiers how to work more efficiently and with a sense of "urgency" for the customers sake? Run the belts to bring the grocery items closer to the cash register so that people in line can save time by putting their items on the back of the belt. Heres another suggestion, the cashiers could use both hands; one to grab an item, pass to the other hand as they swipe/scan and place in the bagging area, reaching back for another item. (This is how they do it at Kroger, or Target). Every time I go to this Meijer store, the cashiers just use one hand to grab an item, turn the item around to look at it, scan it, talk with the customer, then reach across themselves to place the item in the bagging area to the left, then reach back over to the belt with their one hand, and repeat this process. It is agonizingly slow and inefficient. ~ On another visit, a produce item was in the wrong place on the shelf (it looked similar to another item). I pointed this out to the produce clerk, and he said they were out of the item I was wanting to buy. I suggested that he might want to put the wrong item where it belonged with the proper label (to help keep other people from buying the wrong product), but he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. ~ On yet another occasion, I asked a person by the front entrance for assistance, and she told me to go up to the customer service desk. So, I walked over to the desk to ask a question, specifically where an item was located. I stood there and waited several minutes (with no one in line in front of me) while 2 people behind the desk were having a personal conversation. Not once did anyone acknowledge me, or say something courteous like, "Ill be right with you." When they were done talking, the woman closest to me finally turned to me and asked if she could help me. ~ Frequently, the grocery cart I get does not roll straight, and many have wobbly wheels. Please, service your carts. ~ I have to wonder if the store manager here even cares about what goes on in this store. SMH...

You would think with a brand new remodeled store that things would be fresh and prices remain. However, the produce is not worth even taking home most of the time. Its old and just not healthy. The prices have soared way higher then expected, the people behind the meat counter are rude, there is never anyone around to help you with any questions, they changed there store awards via their app so that it now has to be activated by a purchase which is unreal and the cashiers are rude. Its not my fault that they never input the proper prices and I have to stand around waiting for it to be validated. I am finished shopping at Meijer unless it is something we run out of. Thats only because it is close to where we live. Ugh! ☹

Deli clerk refused to slice me lunch meat at 7am. Deli clerk said I would have to wait half an hour, she was closed; even though there was 2 deli employees in the dept. I can understand not wanting to slice if they had already cleaned the slicer for the night, but this was 7am and they was just getting ready for the day. If I had refused a customer when I worked in a deli during high school, I would have gotten ripped by my boss. But customer service is a thing of the past.

Left my cart with groceries in it at the checkout lane the lanes are too long and they dont open enough cash registers I asked him if they would open up more they close one and open one so I took my cart to the lady and ask her to put my groceries back because I couldnt wait any longer thats the second time in a week that Ive had to wait forever to get through the checkout Lane

My experience was pretty good. Couldnt find anyone to help in shoe dept. so had to find someone and then the size I needed wasnt available. Did find some good deals on clothing and really like the updates theyve done to the store. Overall not a bad experience, just a little disappointed about the shoes, but one of their competitors had the same issue with their shoe dept.

The shredded lettuce was brown. Out of malo tea. Had a cashier that didnt smile and only words were your card is declined and when I ask her to rerun it it went right through. No other words came out of her mouth. Not even thanks for coming. If you are trying to customers back this visit sure didnt do it. Not sure if I will be back. One star but didnt deserve it.

Try to order steaks today Kept getting wrong department Transfer to meat delivery and phone kept ringing no answer Called back to complain and was told no one working at meat department Really? So called Krogers and they took care of me right away So something wrong here. To bad Im a regular customer too.

I prefer Meijers over Wal-mart as the staff is much more helpful. Currently, they are remodeling the entire store, even moving frozen food cases around, which most other stores almost never do when remodeling. If you havent been there in a while, expect to have to search for what youre looking for.

Meijer always has stuff on sale and they have self checkers and always have adequate lanes open so you dont have to wait in line for a long time. This one is newly remodeled and some stuff isnt in the same place but I dont think I can take stars off for it being different than Im used to.

Prices are too high for what we bought today service wasnt so great either hard to find certain items they didnt even have charcoal really?? for as much money as we spend here you would think we could get some kind of rewards.

I love meat department and clothing is awesome. Shoes are great quality names. Fruit and veggies I buy from meijer over their competitors better quality fruit and veggies..deli is amazing.

Since theyve remodeled it they took away a lot of merchandise I guess to make wider aisle but I think its to make room for all the wine I guess it shows u what the main office drinks lol

They recently remodeled the store, took out the large self checkout lanes. Most of the time, there are now longer waits at the check out.

The store is not a in a normal Meijer layout but it is what you would expect in a Meijer. Very close the highway and thats a good thing.

I shop at Meijer when they are having a really good sale, and I use the Pharmacy, really friendly employees in the Pharmacy !
