BE WARNED!!! This business is a scam! My father took his laptop into Mac Daddy to get some files recovered from his hard drive. I, his daughter, picked up the hard drive that was in some sort of cheap scanner and they said theyd have to give me the laptop back another day because the manager wasnt there to piece it back together. My dad was quoted $65 and I ended up paying $95. I immediately took it to my father and we hooked it up to his brand new laptop. The cheap reader just kept clicking and the new computer wouldnt even recognize the device. For 2-3 weeks my father has been leaving phone messages for them to call him back as he had time sensitive expense reports on that drive he could not access. During these weeks I was stopping by the office during business hours and there was never anyone there. I felt like I had to stalk the business to just get his laptop back and return the hard drive reader to get my refund. Finally, one day I went there and the manager was actually there. I explained I wanted to return the adapter they gave me, have the hard drive put back into the computer, and get a refund. She got VERY ANGRY and had an attitude as I explained we will be taking our business elsewhere. During the next 45 minutes of waiting for her to put the computer back together she then hands me the computer with NO COVER!!! She said she "lost the cover and would order it online and have it mailed" to me. She then told me about 10 more excuses why she could not do her job that she was paid for and that she doesnt usually do refunds but will this time, of course with an attitude. THEN, she has NO record keeping whatsoever. It took another 10 minutes to search for the last four digits to my credit card in her apple pay from her phone. It was almost a lost attempt until I said I had the text receipt then it was found. As of this moment, no refund has been applied. FURTHERMORE, I immediately took the computer to another business recommended by a friend. After he was able to diagnose the computer he said the hard drive was severely damaged from the prior store (Mac Daddy) and impossible to recover ANY information as well as ALL the screws were missing. At this point my dad is losing out on over $5,000 of expense reports due to the retaliation effort by Mac Daddy!!!

I had a great experience with this business. I bought a computer and it was damaged in shipment. I took it to Mac Daddy and they provided me with a free diagnostic and cost estimate that I could provide to insurance. I dropped the computer off and they called me to come and pick it back up the same day. They let me keep the computer in my possession while waiting for the insurance matter to be resolved (a lot of places try to hold your equipment hostage!). In the end, the damage to the computer was of greater cost than the purchase price, so insurance did not cover it adequately. I returned it for a full refund. While I did not end up needing Mac Daddys services, their professionalism and friendliness has earned my business for any future needs.

Of course, I absolutely cannot speak to, or invalidate, the experiences of other individuals - but I can at least speak to my own experience with Mac Daddy. In that regard, my computer had "crashed," and I took (and left) my machine with them (initially in order to avoid the trip to Atlanta) and I received a free diagnostic. Meanwhile, I had more pressing matters that took financial priority, and informed them of as much. However, Macdaddy took this into account and was much more than accommodating in their service to me. Again, for myself, the service seems to have been thoroughly beneficial. Of course, the choice is yours, but this was my experience.

I brought my computer in today because I was having issues with downloading certain things like Microsoft, abode flash, google chrome, and more. the owner was very kind and sat with me while he solved every problem. I was there for a decent amount of time and as every customer came in, the other store manager was extremely helpful with them and kind. they were extremely patient with all my questions and solved every one of them. I appreciate them very much. this business is very helpful especially with the nearest Apple Store being over an hour away. I am so glad I stopped by to see if they could help!!

I took my iPhone to macdaddy about a year ago to have my screen replaced. Until now I was satisfied other than the fact they charged me $180 for a screen and a home button. I took my phone to have the screen replaced again somewhere else for a CHEAPER price... all to find out macdaddy had failed to put the screws AND plates BACK in my phone. You charge me nearly two hundred dollars (way over priced) and then cannot manage to put it back together correctly? I will never return and I will never suggest this place to anyone else. Hire better workers, please.

My son is in business as a graphic artist. He was cursed out and kicked out of Mac Daddy Computer.I would no suggest anyone of color to do business at Mac Daddy Computer . Ms. Leigh is a racist white female business owner and does not deserve a token. I personally witness her scream and verbally attack my 25 yr old black son after he decided not to allow her to repair his desktop computer. Three times she made promises to repair the computer and lastly she up charged him at the last minute by $100 and still did not do the repair.

Fantastic service and value. Im "needy". Theyre always there to help with a smile, and an honest, fair deal. AMAZING Update: I have an old HP Touchpad that was useless. No updates available. I ran across a web article saying that it was Linux based and could be updated to Android. Clint at MacDaddy took interest, and maade it an Android pad WHILE I WAITED! Clint and Leigh are like tekky-magicians.

My laptop was slow and I could not get rid of the pop-up ads or malware so I decided to give MacDaddy a try. The service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and I got my computer back the next day. I bought this as a refurbished computer and it has always given me issues. It is now running better than ever. I highly recommend MacDaddy.

Horrible experience! Owner gave run arounds about fixing my computer for days. She claimed it was back working the day before my bf came to get it, and when he got there it still wasnt working. He asked for the computer back and she literally yelled and cussed at him and told him to leave.
