We have had AT&T for many years and have NEVER had such a horrible experience. My husband and I went into this store to simply upgrade our phones. We were talked into switching both our home service and phone services over to decrease our bills. They screwed up BOTH accounts. The home service was supposed to go from DirecTV and AT&T internet to UVerse (TV and Internet). Once the switch happened at home we ended up with NO internet(for 2 weeks and we run a business out of our home). We ended having to use hotspots on our phones to run our business. This prompted my first phone call to AT&T to have it corrected and have the installation completed. The phone account was switched over to a small business account. We were told that the bill was going to decrease by $120 and low and behold that was a LIE. Our bill INCREASED by $160. One of the lines was put onto a plan all by itself with "NO" data at all. I had to make a trip back to the store to have this corrected. The account was setup as a "pay as you go" account. This is NOT what we had before and NOT what we expected at all. We had been promised UNLIMITED data. The first bill we received after all of the changes were made was over $700. This included several data charges due to us having to use the hotspots in order to work. After receiving the bill I spent two hours on the phone with AT&T customer service in order to make corrections to the account. After speaking with them we received several credits to correct the bill. The women I spoke with stated on the phone that it is never a good idea to use the stores to handle upgrades or to establish service as they are all commission based and will LIE to you to get the sale. This proved to be TRUE in my case and I know have a HUGE bill to work out. I will NEVER again go through an AT&T store for anything. It is much easier to call or handle online. The employee(s) in the store are great con artist as everything they told us was a LIE and if I could give zero stars I would.

We were hustled and will not return. We were told that a certain deal was available for an unknown amount of time, so we cancelled Fathers days plans and spent 2 hours, with a 4 month old in the store, so we could receive the phone deal that day (6/18/2017). The deal is advertised on their website as lasting through 6/22/2017, this is particularly upsetting as this question was asked and this was my sons and husbands 1st fathers day. The associate failed to give us any paperwork or receipts. The associate did not set up one of the phones and was unable to transfer the contacts list from the other phone. The associate claimed he was unable to cancel the 2 phone numbers that were supposed to be cancelled, the deal required a new phone number for one of the new cell phones. The associate told us to dial 611 on one of the phones and AT&T would be able to quickly cancel the lines, before we had to pay for them for another month. I spent over 2 hours with At&T attempting to get the lines cancelled and was repeatedly told that this process is much easier when done in the store during set up of the new phones.

First visit dealing with Justin was well done and helpful. Second visit, this time with Keem, was done with out the service AT&T should expect. Third, and final, visit with Justin and Keem was reluctant service to the point of lack of reality. Where is the thumbs down button?
