My friend bought a Playstation 4 on Black Friday in a deal/set. When she got home it did not work, at all. We tried different power outlets etc. Called Playstations support line who then advised us to either ship it to them for repairs or go back to where we bought it to exchange it. Worst idea. Within 24 hours of purchase, we go back to this store with receipt and our playstation support info on who we talked to and what they said. We go back to the store where some lady in customer service questions us for over 30 minutes only to find out they will refund only for her to buy another one. No big deal we figure, so my friend accepts it and the customer service lady then tells her its almost another $130 more than what my friend spent because it was on a deal then. So, my friend then says she wants to just exchange it as an even exchange and the worker said they cannot do that because it was an open electronic device at this point. The customer service lady then threw, yes THREW, the Playstation 4 on the bottom shelf behind her raising her voice when we asked for a manager. She cashed my friend out for a refund and refused to get the manager! We were so mad by the time we left we went and got her another playstation 4 system at the Gamestop up the road for a little more money and way better customer service. We have been avoiding Best Buy since. Im not sure how this lady was in customer service and couldnt deal with customers...and her throwing the ps4 no wonder it didnt work in the first place if staff abuses the electronics.

My wife and I made the mistake of trying to shop at Best Buy in Douglasville Ga. in search of a LG V20 phone case for my wife. we wondered around the phone corral of the store for several minutes walking back and forth and not one sales associate asked us if we needed any assistance. My daughter and I went to other parts of the store just looking around and my wife went in another direction we met back at the cell phone corral and my wife asked "did you find any". I responded with " No may be you should ask someone" Turn around and three associates were standing around talking. My wife walked up and stood waiting for them to stop so she could ask for help. The three associates completely ignored her. Finally one associate turns around looks at my wife and says " What do you need" my wife proceeded to ask about a case the associate very rudely told my wife they do not sell those cases and she does not even know if it is sold on bestbuy.com. Needless to say I will never shop at Best Buy again. I can use Amazon and get anything I would get at Best Buy.

Dont buy any Apple products here!!!! I bought an I-Mac here 6 months ago and its been in and out of the shop three months of that time. I have literally been without a work computer for 3 months! I went back to Best Buy with this problem and they said there was nothing they could do. I offered to buy a MacBook Pro and pay the extra money, but they said they cant swap it even for another I-Mac. It has to go back to an Apple Store which is no where near me. The manager was a jerk that didnt give a flip about it at all. I called Apple and they said that it has to be worked on 3 times before they will consider swapping it out. When Best Buy takes your thousand dollars, they are done with you! Its your problem then. When Apple gets your money they dont give a crap if you lose money. Its currently in the shop now and has been for three weeks, they are replacing parts at random, the man said they dont know whats causing the power failures of the logic board... I wont buy from either again.

Horrible. Had associate ask if I needed help I said yes and asked him he could check stock on an item. I watched him walk away supposedly to check, but then started helping other customers and never returned to me, I waited over 10 minutes as he walked around seeing who he could assist. I am hopeful its not because all of them were of the same ethnicity as him while I was not. As I walked out I asked the greeter for the manager and he paged her. She direct him to send me to her in the mobile department. As I approached the associate she was helping ask if I needed anything and I said I was waiting on the manager. I stood there less than 5 feet from them for another 10 minutes without the manager even acknowledging me or saying hi and shed be with me in a minute. Even when I finally walked away mad she didnt even make an attempt to reach out. Best Buy has gotten their last dollar from me. Guess theyll be the next Circuit City.

The store had what we were looking for and the associate that helped us stayed with us the entire time. The horror began when my husband had to take our three year old son to the rest-room. The restroom was so filthy that my son slipped and fell on pee! The smell was all in his clothes and he busted his pants. I asked for the manager and all he said was "thank you for letting me know" and explained that the janitorial staff is only there in the morning and that is when the restroom is cleaned. So we were not able to finish our errands for the day because we had to return home because of the smell that was in my sons clothes. If we "have" to return to this location (because it is the closest) we will make sure to avoid the restrooms. I will add that the associate that was helping us encouraged us to say something because the restrooms are ALWAYS filthy.

Do not go to this best buy with Reward Zone certificates. The cashiers will try to rip you off into spending more money and are not concerned with customer service. I have had two problems with this store, the first time they refused my certificate even though it was digital with certificate bar code number present on my phone and the second I had two certificates with different account numbers, one for my fiance and mine, where I left angry with unfortunately spending my money. It is better to do store pick up where you can type in the information yourself with out relying on poor service. Also if you are buying games, go to the Game Stop in Arbor Mall since they are way nicer and know about reasonable customer service than this place. Do not bother with this best buy.

Not especially thrilled with my last visit... I go to Best Buy when I need something immediately or I want to see it on display and test it before I buy. Otherwise, I usually order online. So, my first issue was they didnt have a working display of what I was looking for; therefore I couldnt hold and test. I couldnt find a knowledgeable employee to help me out. The prices were slightly more than what I could find online, but I understand that and view it at a convenience cost. However, in looking for the second item I went there for, they were out of stock. So Im reading it 3 stars because they definitely have room for improvement yet it wasnt terrible.If I could do half stars it would be 2.5 stars but I wouldnt go as low as two.
