Was trying to buy a replacement charger for a hand held barber trimmer. The lady showed one one it was not the same Ma, I told her that and she said it was close as I was going to get at this store and I told her I did not want close, and she told me to get out of the store. Some customer service. No wonder Radio Shack is few and far between now days.

Have you ever spoke to someone rude and asked to speak to the manager just to have that person then say I am the manager. Well thats the case here. Charlotte the manager was rude, talked over me , and hung up on me. She should not be in customer service.
