My son & I went into this Walmart we shopped for items for my father who cant shop for himself as he is in mourning and suffering terrible grief over the loss of my mom his wife we lost her to cancer just 2 months ago .* We bought 2 lawn chairs , a Bluetooth wireless speaker, 2 towels , a pack of washcloths , 2 shirts , a pair of shorts , a mattress pad cover , 2 citronella canned candles(blue) they were supposed to be 2.50 WE CHECKED THE SKU #s because all other colors of this same item were 4.86 WELL THEY FALSELY ADVERTISED & CHARGED US 4.86 TWICE NOT 2.50 WE BOUGHT SEVERAL OTHER ITEMS FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF 217.16 OF WHICH I PAID 40.00 IN CASH AND 177.16 ON A DEBIT CARD ! AS MY SON & I WALKED OUT OF THE STORES FIRST DOORS BUT NOT OUT OF THE SECOND SET OF DOORS WE WERE BOMBARDED BY A WOMAN WHO SAID YOU DIDNT PAY FOR THAT CUP AND POINTED TO A SMALL BLACK CUP THAT WAS SITTING next to MY PURSE AND A BIG PINK BUBBA CUP i had water in , I HAD BROUGHT IT IN THE STORE ,CLEAELY I HAD BY ACCIDENT OVERLOOKD THE 2.00 CUP , I IMMEDIATELY SAID OH IM SO SO SORRY AND HANDED HER THE CUP THAT I HAD GOT OFF THE CLEARANCE rack it said 2.00 I apologized , I offered to pay for it or she could just take it inside the store ?! BUT OH NO SHE & ANOTHER WOMAN STARTED GRABBING ME PINCHING MY ARMS SAYING I HAD TO COME BACK IN THE STORE , ALL THIS TIME MY SON HAD HIS CART FULL OF PAID FOR ITEMS AND 5 MEN GRABBED HIS CART REFUSING TO ALLOW HIM TO LEAVE THE STORE, PULLING HIS CART SCREAMING CUSS WORDS AT HIM EVEN THOUGH THEY STATED THEY HAD NO ISSUES WITH HIM , ONLY WITH ME !!?? OVER A 2 DOLLAR CUP THAT I TRULY & HONESTLY JUST OVERLOOKED , I WAS SO UPSET I CALL 911 , WALMART HAD CALLED THEM AS WELL , THEY DETAINED ME IN A BACK ROOM WITH 2 SMART MOUTH LOSS PREVENTION WOMEN AND 3 YEP 3 ARMED POLICE OFFICERS , ALL THIS DRAMA & ABUSE OF POWER OVER A 53 YEAR OLD WOMAN AND A 2 DOLLAR OVERSITE..... Why WOULD I DELIBERATELY TRY TO TAKE A 2 DOLLAR CUP OUT WITHOUT PAYING WHEN I HAD JUST FINISHED PAYING FOR 217.16 OF ITEMS .. WHILE I WAS NOT UNDER ARREST THEY ILLEGALLY DETAINED ME REFUSING TO LET ME LEAVE the WALMART JAIL ROOM"" .. THEY HAD ME ARRESTED SENT TO BARTOW COUNTY JAIL , LOCKED UP IN A HOLDING CELL WITH A POOR METH ADDICTED LADY , THIS WAS AN ERROR ON WALMARTS LOSS PREVENTION AND THEY STOLE 3 OF MY ITEMS THAT I PAID FOR , I WILL BE FILLING CHARGES ON THEM FOR THEFT BECAUSE I HAVE THE RECEIPT!!!!! BE WARE PEOPLE IF U ENTER ANY WALMART , U COULD EASILY BE FALSLY ACCUSED LIKE ME , TREATED LIKE A COMMON CRIMINAL , ARRESTED , HUMILIATED AND ALL BECAUSE THE 2 LP WOMEN WANTED SO BAD TO SHOW THEIR POWER BUT THEY WERE IN FOR A BIG SURPRISE WHEN I HAD DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG EXCEPT ACCIDENTALLY TAKING A 2 DOLLAR CUP ... THEY Took the cup back SO HOW DID I SHOPLIFT IT !? They have it .. THEY WOULDNT LET ME PAY for it , THEY WERE SO MAD FUMING OVER THE FACT THAT WHEN THEY TOOK EVERY SINGLE THING I BOUGHT AND SAW THAT NOT ONE , NONE , NADA not one single price had been changed , but instead of apologizing and admitting their error THEY HAD ME PUT IN HANDCUFF -LOADED IN A POLICE CAR -TAKEN TO JAIL , -SERCHED - BOOKED - HELD IN A HOLDING CELL UNTIL MY SON CAME AND BONDED ME OUT WITH A 1,OOO.OO DOLLAR CASH BOND THAT MY POOR GRIEVING 75 YEAR OLD DADDY had to LOANED US ... I BEGGED THE LP WOMAN TO LET ME PAY FOR THE CUP I TRIED TO EXPLAIN I NEEDED TO GET TO MY DADDYS TO TAKE HIM HIS FOOD AND MEDICATIONS , HER COMMENT WAS quote ""SAVE YOUR BULLSHIT SOAB STORY FOR SONEONE WHO CARES"" HOW SAD THIS WORLD HAS COME , I KNOW IM NO BETTER THAT THAT POOR METH ADDICTED WOMEN IN THE JAIL , BUT I WAS NOT & AM NOT ON DRUGS NORE DO I APPEAR TO BE , IVE NEVER EVER SHOPLIFTED EVER !! THE LP WOMAN COULD HAVE SHOWN SOME MERCY FOR AN HONEST MISTAKE ! HOWEVER G I WILL SHOW NO MERCY WHEN I SWEAR OUT A WARRENT FOR THE 2 LP WOMEN WHO TREATED ME SO BADLY AND ONCE THEY REALIZED THEY WERE MISTAKEN DIDNT CARE ! The police actually advised me to swear out a WARRANT for them for stealing 3 of my paid for items !!! WALMART SUCKS !

On 5/6/17 I went to the money center to receive money as I do every month. I met with Stephanie who is tall with brown hair who immediately rolled her eyes and made a huffing noise as I approached the counter. I provided her with my reference number and my ID at which point she refused to give me my money because I could not remember the name of the sender. When I asked her why I couldnt get my money based on her confirming by my ID that I was in fact the recipient, she stated that it was against store policy that I didnt know the senders name. After saying okay thank you to her and walking away she did not say anything only rolled her eyes. I then spoke to a helpful manager who nicely gave me my money and advised me that the senders name was not required. I hope the manger councils Stephane on her overall rude attitude toward customers and update her on store policy so this unnessscey inconvenience doesnt happen to me or another customer again.

La tienda está bien los presios están regular sólo que los que trabajan ahí no te ayudan en nada ni te preguntan si necesitas ayuda o algo nose si porque te ven que eres latino cuando tengan más interés en ayudar les daré 5 estrellas .y recordarles que si trabajas en una tienda estas para ayudar a los clientes la tienda vive de los clientes:::que pasaría si por no tratar bien alos clientes la gente ya no comprara ahí ????????????

The main problem of this Wal Mart is they do not hire enough people to properly staff the store. Their management system and training system is ridiculous. Most of the workers dont know who there manager is and they have managers from other departments pull them from assigned department to help them. Then they get behind and have to rush. They need to have more human cashiers working during busy hours or take out all those registers that are not being used and install the self check-outs. This could be a good Wal Mart if the management would actually manage and train their staff properly. We should all call the Store Manager and ask what they are doing to improve customer satisfaction.

Truckers, stay away, parking company called Buckhold or something like that, sneaks in the morning, immobilizing truck with wheel clamps, and charge 500$ for removing. You can do nothing in this ripoff, if you called them, lady called Tammy will say that famous fake "Im sorry", and than enjoy to take money from you. Apparently, management made a deal with them, because they dont want trucks anymore there. I even called ahead, and been told that I can park, but no one cared. Stay away, nothing we can do except enjoy the discrimination of the truckers.
