Got an upgrade and new case. Was told that I had 14 days to return the phone and 3 days to return the case. That was 6pm on Friday. On Monday I called the store and said I was bring the phone back in to exchange. The case cannot be brought in is what I am being told. It is before noon on Monday. I was told on the phone that the day of purchase starts at 12:00 midnight and therefore the day of purchase is counted at you first day, so really you only have two days.
