I went to this store to get 2 padded envelopes to use for my drop-off. I saw the padded envelopes I needed and were listed as $1.73 on the shelf. I go to pay for them and the clerk tells me it is over $5. I politely showed him the shelf shows a price of $1.73. He then becomes rude and says well that is not what it shows when he scans it. So I guess it is ok and not illegal for this store to show one price and charge you another. I told him that I would not pay the price it shows on the computer as it is wrong to display another price. He kept going on and on about how he doesnt set the prices and that he wasnt going to do anything. After I was about to remove my items from the padded envelopes, he finally agrees to adjust the prices. As I was leaving, I said "Thank you" and he just stands there and doesnt say anything. Again, I said "Thank you" and he mumbled out "Youre welcome". I will not buy anything from this store again and will find another drop-off location in the future.

Horrible; They should remove girl olivia. We went there to print from flash drive. She charged $1.50 for computer use and said every time you come here to print from flash drive you will be charged from printing and $ 1.50 for computer use. Do they expect to bring my own computer there so I can prevent computer charge ? Nobody ever at this store charge for computer use when you go there for printing. Upon asking olivia acted rude and said everybody else is not doing their job like she is doing hers. She charged me for envelope; same store for same shipping day before the other girl used ups envelope but from this smart OLIVIA nobody should give me UPS envelope. She got regular envelope and charged me for envelope too. This store is good only if you go there in the morning; girl working in the morning is good but in the afternoon OLIVIA GIRL is awful. They should fire her

Until recently, this store staff was helpful. The last few times I have taken in large scale copy items the person that had always been so helpful previously has not been allowed to assist me with my needs. This is due to another staff person that tells him in my presence that he can not perform my requested task. The rate the other person tells the graphic person that he must charge is an exorbitant amount that makes my use of this establishment cost prohibitive for any future use for my business. Why the sudden change is not good business practice and Im sure I am not the only customer that feels this way. I am not asking for large scale color printing that would require the graphic persons design skills, if that were the case I would be happy to pay for the time and posted rate of the service. I will find another source for my copies in the future.

I got a PO BOX at this store about 2 years ago for my business. Everyone there is seriously great. Theyre always pleasant and say hello. Micah is the manager, shes awesome. Her team Brian, Olivia, and Chanel are awesome (Im sure Im forgetting other peoples names). Theyre never annoyed that I call every other day (sometimes twice a day) to check to see if I have mail (saves me an undue trip). I get tons and tons of packages delivered there so they dont get stolen off my porch and theyve never seemed perturbed about that either. Ive used them a small handful of times for my printing needs and its always been near immediate turnaround. Plus, because I have a PO Box there, I get a discount on the printing.

Wedding invites were horrible had streaks & scratches all over them. Printed on another printer cause the normal one was down. If they knew my invites were not gonna look okay they should have contacted me or waited. Wasted my paper and time. Ask for mangers to contact me twice & I havent received an email or call. Ups has lost a customer here. The gentleman I dealt with both times acted like he hated his job and just talked bad about his coworker. Horrible service
