terrible mall, especially Saks. i go there very frequently, i am a high member at Saks and i went to look at some clothes. i was wearing a pair of Vans, a nice pair of jeans, a belt, a nice t shirt that was tucked in, a Supreme hat (which i took off as i entered the store) and my hoodie that i draped over my shoulders, i looked nice that day and an old white man asked if he could help me find something and i politely said "no thank you, im just looking around" and i guess he assumed that since i was a young black male, that i had no money and i was going to steal (just making an assumption) and he was just watching me. i didnt notice until i moved, and i saw him walk by and i realized that he was following me. so i wanted to see for sure, so i walked over to the shoes, the man walked to the edge of the clothes department and watched me look and shoes and when i turned around, he acted like he was doing something. so i kept moving around, testing it out and trying to peacefully shop and i finally had enough of it, i decided to pull out my phone to record the man to report to the store and as i was doing so, i came across this piece that i really liked so i stopped the video to take a picture of the piece and at this point i stopped caring because i had my eye on this piece and another employee comes out and practically yells at me and practically tells me to leave for take a picture of the piece to know what it is. i tried to explain to him that the man was following me and how i saw the piece that i liked and he ignored it. i dont think i will be shopping here or at the mall anytime soon...

Lets start off by saying that a day ago I had no clue there was an official Bose Store at the Keystone Mall. Otherwise we would have headed there to buy our Bose product without hesitation (yes, we bought it on Amazon... and guess what... we paid the exact same price we could have bought it for at the official Bose Store). Anyway... As it turns out our product had a problem, so I contacted Bose through the chat service available at their website. After detailing them our problem, the sales representative offered me over the chat an exchange without hesitation, to which I accepted. He then emailed me within an hourthe UPS labels to have the item shipped back to Bose etc. etc. Then, somewhere between printing out the labels and driving to the UPS store I discovered that there was a Bose Store at the Keystone Mall. Well... a phone call can do no harm I guess... Ok. These guys rock. We called them and they said I could go to there and they would help us sort our problem in store. And they did. It took in total less than 30 minutes (we live close by the Mall) after the call to have our product replaced by the staff at the Bose Store. I dont normally write reviews online but these guys deserve it, I want everybody to know how well they did and how satisfied they made me feel. If I ever buy Bose again, which I hope I will, I hope to be able to buy it at the Bose Store at Keytone Mall. Thanks again. Marc

The people here- both customers AND employees- are very rude and snobby. I once tried to turn in a feedback card to the customer service kiosk and this old lady was reading her kindle. She looked up at me, very angry, "What do you want?" Startled, I handed her the card. She asked, still angry, "What am I supposed to do with this?" I explained to her what it was. She just said oh, snatched it out of my hand, and went back to reading her kindle. The employees at just about any store have a hurry up and buy something so we can take your money attitude and are unpleasant, inconsiderate, and rude. (The SOLE exception being the Apple store, whose employees are VERY engaging, cheerful, friendly, and welcoming!) The items there are impractical, overpriced, unnecessary, and cater to almost the 1%. This is definitely a rich peoples mall. The customers act like they cant be bothered and act self-absorbed and are not polite if youre walking behind them and theyre slowly walking in front of you and are blocking the aisle. Customer service is awful. I only go here for the Apple Store and Blondies Cookies, and theres a better/nicer/cheaper Blondies at Greenwood Park Mall. If this mall werent owned by the same company that owns Greenwood Park Mall, I wouldve raised hell by now!

Nice place to walk - about in the winter. Love the deli there cuz I dont need to drive to Carmel for a good corn beef on rye. Ill need to return to get a better feel. So, why 3 stars? Ethics, baby. Ethics. Daughter made a quick stop at the Apple store, and unfortunately the pretentious vibe there leaves one with a blah taste in the mouth, so to speak. Not the malls fault, necessarily, but when the Apple store puts a sign on the door suggesting its busted simply to avoid having the cold air blow in, as what other stores that CHOOSE to have a mall front must endure, its off putting. Come on, management! If we make a point of parking where theres easy access to the Apple store, we dont want to force other stores to endure our foot traffic simply cuz Apple has products that are sensitive to temp fluctuations! So. ...do your job! Either get them to create a weather barrier inside the stores entry, or have them move, so any store that chooses to have a parking lot entry can be entered from said parking lot!

I really like this mall. I live an hour or so north, and I usually take a day off work to visit. Its so much better on a week day when there are normally just soccer moms and a few others browsing the area. I buy most of my work clothes at Ann Taylor and Banana Republic (normal price for work clothes), and stop in to Papyrus for cards on occasion, as well as Nordstrom and White House Black Market. You dont have to spend a lot of money to enjoy the atmosphere. There are crazy expensive stores which I just window shop (Burberry, Coach), but there are normal people stores too. I love the food court and always enjoy a humane burger and some frozen yogurt when I make a trip. Not nearly as much fun on a weekend, take a vacation day and spend a bit of time here during the work week.

Me and my friends came to this mall to shop my friend bought a Louis Vuitton phone case and a Gucci book bag. Me and my friends were on our way to another store in the mall, when a black female security lady came up to us and started asking us questions. We answered their questions and from then on we were followed and harassed. Ive never felt so uncomfortable shopping in my life. The lady rushed us to buy our stuff when we spent over 6,000$ on book bags and shoes and a phone case I am highly disappointed and annoyed and I dont think that I should have been treated like that for no reason I want an apology also I would not recommend anyone to this mall. This is my review of the keystone mall.
